Luxury inn — Hotel in Mustang

I moved to mustang OK and am editing this because my first night I didn't get to know these people real side worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First my husband works construction at night so I clean our room while he is at work but the staff and I guess owners are very rude they still bang on the door by ten am saying you have to get up and leave so they can go in the room. They do not change the bedding the blanket I had to take off the bed cause it was so old it was falling apart. They are so rude exs the women you say good morning and she refuses to even speak to you. The door to the room is broken the bathtub nozzle to turn on the water is broken. Then they told my husband they could not rent the room by the week because of the ice storm but if they electric did not go out they would adjust it for him and do it instead everyday of the storm we had to pay by the day so they could be rude and scam an extra 40 dollars they do not care about their customers they think they are above their customers and they treat them like crap. My advice there are amazing way better hotels 5 miles up the road in Yukon just as affordable way more nice nice staff and breakfast go to one of them do not stay at this hotel under...

Probably the cleanest hotel i've ever seen for a price so low. Don't let the vintage outdated look fool you, Sheets are clean almost new, no stains or holes, kitchen appliances,floor, tables,bathroom, all very clean. Service is great, a bit annoying when they bang on the door at 8am to give room service but just let them know ahead of time that you don't wish to be disturbed. I was traveling solo but they gave me a room with two beds no extra cost which was really nice for visitors.

Came here around the 4th of July, Wild horse park is right down the road so I was able to watch fireworks right from the balcony. Great location, right in the heart of Mustang so it's pretty safe. Very bad management, poorly maintained amenities, and horrible customer service.||||My parents take regular business trips to Mustang for years and the hotel was decent (excpet broken AC once in a while) until the new owner came this year. First, they took away my parents' preferred customer rates which we were ok about it. However, they started shutting off power when no one was in the room and all of the food stored in the fridge went spoiled. My parents also found chairs placed on the bed which appeared to be room service unfinished. Tried talking to the owner but no avail.
