I used the pizza tracker and saw my order was ready. I drive to dominos, walked inside, and SAW MY PIZZA ON THE FLOOR next to the oven. I stood there for 5 minutes without being greeted (while the pizza sat there on the ground with my other pizza following, about to fall as well before the worker pushed it back in) He asked if I was picking up and I said yes and gave him my name.
