Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Myrtle Beach

We love chick fill A, I love every meal in this fast food chain. But my experience in this location was horrible. I ordered chicken biscuits and had to wait so long to get my food, which rarely happens in this restaurant even they are crazy busy , they are really fast with their food and fresh at the same time. But over here even though I waited for so long the food came out uncooked , the chicken was done but the biscuits were not done properly, post parts were all white it wasn’t properly brown at all .

Chick-fil-A is usually our "go to" while traveling...unfortunately with a short layover in Myrtle Beach the line was way to long in the airport...the amazing service you would typically see in most Chick-fil-A restaurants was lacking here...not enough counter staff for the rush of travelers...the long lines are definitely the evidence of popularity with the product and service...but the iconic customer service is lacking at this location. 5 Stars because it's Chick-fil-A and everything the company and CEO stand for! 2 stars for service with this...

I'm chick fan , this specific location has a great service HOWEVER the food served was not so fresh , it seems like they didnt changed the oil or the oil was burned, the chicken (crispy chicken) and the fries was in dark brown color and you can tell its either cooked in old oil (you can taste it as well) or in burned oil (i would say old oil) , hope they will read this review and fix it right away , people can get sick if the oil is not changed on regular basis. It was my 3rd time dine in this location and I was never happy about the food...
