Absolutely disgusted! Cinnabon at Coastal Grand Mall... I wanted to purchase a box of 4 buns. Two boxes were on the counter as I walked by, but I continued shopping. On my way back, the young lady was icing a tray of 6 buns, fresh out of the oven. I asked her if I could get 4 of those. She looked at me and said "I guess so." She continued to ice the remaining four as I stood there waiting. Hmm. That's ok. I wasn't in a "rush." Lol She then finishes the icing, and proceeds to put the tray of 6 in the display. She ask: "so you want 4 of these, pointing to the new tray. I said "yes please." She first, began to ring them up, stopped and said "you know, these will cost you more." I said, "excuse me? Why? She said,"because you are buying them "individually." EXCUSE ME? "But I want four in the box for $12.99!" She said, "I can't do that. You're buying them individually." I asked... "Are you serious?" She said "Yes." So I asked, well how much is one of those boxes, with 4 buns inside there on the counter? She said "$12.99. I asked, "Well, when were they made?" She said, "YESTERDAY!" I said, Well, I don't want "yesterday's," I want four of those that just came out of the oven. To which she replied, "I can't do that. I'm not a manager." REALLY? So, guess what? Cinnabon Corp just lost a $13 sale, because of this stupidity! The kicker was, IF I went ahead and "bought four of the fresh ones," she would have... PUT THEM IN A BOX so I could take them home!!! Ridiculous!!! THIS stupidity on the companies part, and that of an employee who easily could have sold me the four fresh ones, is why I see all of these negative reviews here! Y'all are...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was number 2 in line. I ordered a 16oz black coffee. The girl never smiled, said good morningā¦kiss my toe or nothing. She spoke so low could barely hear her. As Iām waiting for this 1 coffee that I guess they had to fly to Colombia to get. Other customers after me orders were coming up. They had to ask other customers was it theirs because this girl either said it so low or said nothing at all. She would just sit the items on the counter and walk away. Theeeen as she was fixing one customer coffee she rubbed her nose. If people donāt want these jobs donāt apply for them. No one at all was rude to this girl or difficult even after she showed no public skills. Just awful. I waited for that coffee for 15 minutes. Itās not even a case were she said that itās brewing or nothing. Finally one of the other girls asked me what was I waiting on. I said just a 16oz black coffee. She went straight to the coffee pot and got my coffee. The girl at the register was horrible. When she gave me my change she dropped a quarter on the coin as she was putting in my hand. She didnāt say sorry grunt or make a sound. I picked the quarter up. Who ever owns this place needs to really re-evaluate their workers unless they are...

A colleague ordered a Classic Roll just before me but they had one cut from a fresh roll while mine was pulled from the display case already boxed. During my transaction, I noticed Kadence was yelling at customers to stand in a line in a different direction to clear the walkway.
