Sat in line for 35 minutes. There were 3 people working but only one job each (two more in the back not accounted for).One would start the sandwich and toast. The other one would take out of the toaster and put toppings on and wrap and bag. The other did nothing but stand at the register and check folks out. They would stand there doing nothing if the next sandwich was not ready for their task. They talked to each other doing nothing if waiting on a sandwich in the toaster. Even if they were more than capable of starting a new sandwich to be more efficient. It honestly felt like they were doing it on purpose so folks would leave. Obviously, I don’t know their true intent, I’m just guessing. I have never experienced a worse fast food experience at an airport and there have been some doozies. This is subway after all.
