Burger King — Restaurant in Nanticoke

I stopped at drive through at Burger King on Main & Mkt Sts . Nanticoke , Pa 18634. Got burger and fries also chicken nuggets or tenders . Took them home turned TV on and took bite of burger. Good as usual then took bite of chicken nugget or tender I bit into something hard with my right side upper jaw it cracked my bridge of 5 teeth . I almost swallowed all . I spit it out on there wrapper it was a large quarter size hunk of glass!!! I immediately called to speak with Mgr , a young woman with glasses she had to unlock door that's when Covid was starting. I showed her all the remaining food the spit out portion with my broken bridge and chunk of black glass . She wanted to keep all . I said take photos, she did. I said what are you going to do about this, she said send all info up ladder to top bosses . She asked to give it a little time. Well I was suffering with 5 ,yes 5 missing teeth! Til this dayits now July 16 Some woman called me from Chicago saying how did they know if I was telling the truth ! At time I was 72 years old in decent health now missing my bridge. Insurance woman in I guess your insurers office had attitude. All I wanted was my teeth repaired. Then weeks later waiting for response I 1st received a letter from her stating I pay for it then they will reimburse me. I absolutely said no. Your product and I addressed it within 10 minutes of my bridge breaking. She then hung up before doing so I asked her location, she responded CHICAGO. A few more weeks passed then go letter saying there not taking care of it. I have witness ! Also your Mgr at the time was involved with circumstances at time. It's abouta few years later and was trying to be nice about it. Im still not eating on right side of mouth and never enter a Burger King again ! Plus I have no bridge on upper right jaw and air gets in there...

If they had a negative star rating system it still may not do it justice in trying to help you understand just how bad this place really is. The food is fine really. Typical BK food. It's the service that makes this place horrible!! That's if you get any because often no one even bothers to show up and open it. And if you are so lucky to get your order taken and paid for via " Drive Through" than I can bet the house they will tell you to pull to the front of the store and they'll bring your food out. Confused you'll do so as you look in your rearview mirror and see no one waiting. But you're likely not to find a spot because there is always an empty drive through and several other people waiting for their food. They think they're slick. See they then take their sweet time( not the 4 minutes they're supposed to) and your not in the drive through so it doesn't matter how long they take. After 10 or so minutes they bring you your food out, usually before the poor people that have been waiting longer than you. Now you have the eyes of the other chumps whom are still waiting, you can just feel them staring a hole into your soul and you think..should you just give them your food or get the hell out of there before Mr. Hungry Eyes rips your door off for your 10 peice nugget with BBQ sauce. And if you're lucky you just may get back to work before your lunch is over but it's not likely. BTW.. it made me give one star or a wouldn't post my comment..lmao.. even the review is a scam...

I literally have Burger King a good 7 times a week. Yes I know it's terrible for you but I'm always on the go and I rarely get a lot. But being that I go so much I have tasted almost every single item on that menu. Burger King's amazing but lets be real, it's just a Burger King. What sets Nanticoke Burger King apart is the location and the people that work there. The food is hit and miss I almost always have to go in to get hot fries which is a pet peeve for me to get cold ones. I am a picky customer so I absolutely appreciate their patience with me. I prefer the drive through but the dining area is nice and spacious, I just don't go in much, is nive but not much extra you can get by going in, every sauce ketchup and extra besides napkins has to...
