Q China House — Restaurant in Nanticoke

I ordered shrimp and broccoli combo as well as a vegetable egg roll as I DO NOT eat meat. When I got home w the order it was CHICKEN and broccoli. I called the restaurant, upset, and was met with the worker telling me I was wrong but offering to exchange the order. Now, idk how other people feel but I didn't want to have to go back to the restaurant, hoping no one spit in my food bc I complained about the order being wrong to get a new dish. Especially when the person I complained to told me I ordered chicken. I haven't eaten meat in over 10 years, I even specifically asked for a veggie egg roll. I won't order from any Chinese restaurant in NANTICOKE anymore as both restaurants have done the SAME thing. Btw .. shrimp sounds nothing like chicken. At least in English it doesn't. I alsonwant to add that against my better judgement I did go back to exchange my order. The shrimp and broccoli I ordered had 4 pieces of shrimp in it. I'm not sure what the "normal" amount is but I had more rice than anything else, even the broccoli was sparse. If you want GOOD Chinese food don't order here or any place in Nanticoke. You're better off going into Wilkes Barre or Kingston if you want your order accurate and...

Edit: Did they change owners or management. What happened? 2 times in a row, their best egg rolls were way overcooked. 3rd time, I asked for them to not be. Then they just didn't taste very good. Their food isn't as flavorful. The sauce is runny and just not right. The veggies are also overcooked. 2 stars gone over the course of a couple of months. I don't think we will be back! 😭

Edit: they haven't changed in over a year. The food is still great, the staff is still super friendly.

They have the best egg rolls. All of the food we have tried is good. They do put too much sauce on the food and we often have difficulties asking for less sauce but we usually work it out. Their online ordering is now working so that's better for this. They often have diet soda in a 20 oz bottle that isn't brown, like Orange or Mountain Dew, which makes us happy. Cannot recommend this place. Food is not up to par. Everything is clean and staff is friendly but the food is bland and flavorless. Sauces, rice, meats, rolls, everything we order was shockingly boring.
