Normally i would be more than happy to leave Jamba a 5 star, including this particular Jamba location, which i visit quite regularly and havent ever really had any issues. However, today i decided to get something different( i usually get the Blue Sour Gummi with greek yogurt, pea and whey protein, bananas and extra blueberries which they never have had an issue with making), but today i simply wanted an all Banana smoothie with Greek yogurt, oatmilk, whey and pea protein, and extra honey, and they refused to make it and gave me total attitude for even asking them to do a custom drink.. I get that its not a menu drink but i have never been turned down on a drink, whether custom or not, at any of the Jamba locations ive been to. In fact, it was workers at this location that confirmed the possibilty of ordering custom drinks, so i was basically left with ordering off the menu because they refused to do any other than that, they wouldnt even do secret menu drinks this time. Was a total let down and the drink (Banana Berry) was mediocre at best even with my preferred additives- though i dont taste either proteins and the berries are too overpowering vs the bananas and honey. The apple pretzel was good though. Once those issues are resolved, ill change to 5 star and a good review, which they usually...
Read moreJamba Juice sells what I describe as juice smoothies, using actual assorted fruits. I would say it's a healthier alternative to slushes/slurpees. They're actually healthy to drink & you have the option to add supplement, vitamin powder to your Jamba Juice for additional nutrition, at an additional cost, if you prefer.
My favorite is a large mango a-go-go that has bits of actual mangoes in it (diced as it goes through the blender process). It costs just over $8, which seems slightly high to me. I can buy a SIMPLE McDonalds value meal for close to that price. Or go to Subway for a sub sandwich meal. $8 for a healthy smoothie? Personally, I would not choose a large smoothie for my lunch. A healthy, thirst quencher? Yes. But, I will let you make that call for yourself.
This particular store is always clean & immaculate. Parking is not a problem, but slightly more crowded during the lunch hours...
Read moreThe host at the register , Milagros R., was the worst host I’ve ever had at this and other Jamba juice locations. She did not greet us at the door and was layed up against the wall when we went up to the register and all though out the transaction. When I went up to order she did not engage the conversation but instead she just stared at us for 20 seconds , when I ordered she took another long pause and then made me repeat my order twice! When she finally heard it, or seemed to care enough to take the order she said “oh”. This was very poor customer service, she was not welcoming or at the very least kind to the customers. I love Jamba Juice too bad the service I received yesterday at this one...
