I used to work at Starbucks in Vacaville. I now work in Napa and am now a full time customer to their Starbucks. My orders now for the last three months I’ve worked here have been made wrong. I get two things an “under tow” with vanilla sweet cream as the base. Every time I hear them ask how to make an “under tow” and I get less than an inch of milk with my two shots. The other thing I order is an iced caramel macchiato no syrup blonde shots made with vanilla sweet cream and they always ignore the sticker and make it with vanilla, sweet cream foam and usually add syrup. The last couple times I’ve had them remake it, which usually I would just not and I would drink it and I voiced to them that every time I come in my drink is made wrong, but it seems to me that most Baristas don’t care. I know how hard it is to be a barista let alone being a barista during rush but I feel I’ve been a nice customer and I still get eye rolls or if I am being nice saying thank you and all the above I get no response back because they are mad they are remaking the drink. Read moreI had to review this Starbucks because 1) they don't mess-up your order 2) they don't mess-up the coffee (perfect temp/flavors), but more importantly 3) the employees who work here are friendly and truly hard-working. I've come in to see the place slammed by customers, and the orders are USUALLY getting pumped out on time.
There’s just simply times when they’re slammed unfortunately.
I hope the employees who work at this Starbucks get acknowledged for how well they present the franchise, there are SO MANY Starbucks that simply suck, but this is definitely not...
