Starbucks — Restaurant in Napa

This happened September 14 , 2024 around 12:00pm. I usually don’t make reviews but this really made me mad. Rude customer service, asked for light ice and gave me a lot of ice instead and the drink tasted very weird . I told her if she mind charging me a sandwich in a separate transaction if not it totally okay and she gave me attitude and physically make a noise at me and a ugly rude look and was very rude about it ( a girl with ring bull nose piercing and some freckles that takes orders in the drive through ). I told her if it was is an issue to cancel my order. i made her cancel my order , Got my drink and left. like if you don't like nor happy with your job leave Starbucks go find something else. A job like Starbucks not for you. Your job not even heavy, nor do anything then just taking order and BEING NICE TO CUSTOMERS. And we as customers don't have fault the way your acting. Super busy drive-thru line at 7:30am on Labor Day weekend. We parked, I walked in to find only one other customer and the 4 person service crew busting it to speedily manage the drive-thru line. I have been to all 10 starbucks in Napa and this one's staff is just the rudest. The older man mid 30's maybe always in a rush when taking order and cutting you off then always on his phone texting at the window.
