My experience when I went for my early birthday dinner with my friend was not as good as I wanted it to be. My first impression of this restaurant when I heard I was coming there was this is fancy and I was so excited. When we arrive there the parking lot was terrible because so many people was inside the restaurant and it was busy during dinner time. When my friend and I got to the door and to be ushered to our seats, everyone was waited on and showed to their seat except me and my friend. We waited and finally my friend walked up to the desk and spoke to three girls about getting waited on. They looked at us in a way that they were annoyed and didn’t wanted to wait on us Black people at all. They did not smile or nothing. They did not show us our seats except for tell us to sit in the corner. They were much friendlier with the other customers in the restaurant. I did not like how they behaved. The waitress was a little nicer and helped us with anything we wanted. The food was outstanding and I love it and the place is beautiful, but the employees need to do better and treat people with more respect. Maybe I will go another time but I do not know as of right now….

I can not say enough great things about our meal and service at Biaggi's. We arrived for lunch a few minutes before they opened so we sat on the bench near the door. When the hostess was unlocking the door she opened it up and welcomed us in. When we entered it was very obvious they took the covid precautions seriously, there was sanitizer available as you come in the door and everyone in sight was properly masked. We were promptly seated and our server came right over told us what the soup of the day was and what our drink choices were. The service from start to finish was outstanding. We both ordered the unsweet tea and it was outstanding. The tea was a clean crisp flavored tea we actually took one to go when we left. We were served a very tasty bread and oil with cheese prior to our soup arriving. The soup of the day was a creamy sausage and potato soup which was very good. We both ordered a shrimp Capellini dish, it was flavorful and texturally unique, we really liked it. I will say again the restaurant was very clean and appeared very covid safe.

I was super excited to try Biaggi's. We greeted 'n seated right after we arrived. Our waiter was friendly but he wasn't very attentive. For starters we went with bruschetta pick 2 ( seafood Scampi and smoked salmon) the appetizers were the only food we ate and actually liked from this restaurant. For the entrée my friend ordered Butternut Squash Ravioli, the portion size was surprisingly small for the price she paid. Also the taste was so bad that she only ended up eating few ravioli and left the rest. She mentioned how bad the taste of the food to our waiter but he seemed to be not care about it. I ordered Salmon and shrimp Risotto. Reading the description of the food from the menu itself made me excited but unfortunately the Salmon came out super dry and almost with no seasoning on it. The shrimp was okay but I left the Risotto alone and didn't eat the second bite. I paid $27 for that plate, this restaurant is definitely overpriced; I was expecting some quality food but unfortunately I did not have it here.

This is absolutely our new go-to spot for date night. My wife is gluten free, and not treehugger gluten-free, but earlier this year found out she has celiac disease so even the smallest crumb can set her off in pain for hours. Eating at restaurants can be a crapshoot because even though places say they have gluten-free items, there's often cross-contamination and she ends up having a horrible night because of it. This place not only has amazing gluten-free items, but they actually have a separate menu of just gluten-free options. Last night my wife once again had the bacon wrapped dates for an appetizer and the chicken marsala, which was AMAZING, for her main entree. Also the fact that they bring gluten-free bread out for her that actually tastes good puts her on cloud nine. Even more importantly, this is now the second time we've been here in a month-and-a-half and both times now she's had no adverse reactions to eating here so that shows us they take gluten-free seriously which takes a load off her mind when it comes to eating at a restaurant. I tried the eggplant parmesan and it was fantastic. I also had their cherry cheesecake for dessert, which I found out they make in house, and it was ridiculously delicious. Both times we've been here the service has been top-notch. Last night we had Ron, and he was extremely attentive and very friendly so again, I can't say enough positive things about this place. Thanks again for a wonderful date night and we will most definitely...

I have been to this Biaggi's about ten times. Every time the food has been wonderful and the staff was so attentive and accommodating. I remember one time my toddler was getting impatient for the food to arrive so we went outside to walk around. Our waitress went out of her way to come outside and got us when our food was ready. I have been here twice for private parties, and each one was an absolutely great experience.

June 2025- update: I came with a large party during the week for dinner. Pros- The atmosphere and cleanliness were still great. Our server was kind and attentive. All the food we received was fresh and delicious. They had a gorgeous, well-maintained patio outdoors. Mostly all of our food came out all together. Cons- Our food order was taken almost an hour after we were seated. Large parties need time, but this was excessive, especially on a non-busy evening. Glasses of water were only served upon request, which I found inconvenient, as we all had to keep asking our server for more and more cups of water for everyone. The veggies in the lobster soup were not cooked enough and having to chew ingredients in soup was .. different. The ladies bathroom had a constant high-pitched, beeping noise. Many won't care, but for some it was like nails on a chalkboard. Cons aside, I will always recommend this place. There's a reason they have been there...

Had dinner at Biaggi’s in Naperville this evening. The food was good and the service by our server Terri was excellent. The issue started at dessert when we ordered Banana Tiramisu, espresso, and Sambuca. The Tiramisu and the espresso were excellent. The issue was with the Sambuca that was served which tasted like rubbing alcohol. We told our server Terri who smelled the Sambuca agreed and then went to talk with management. Terri came back agreeing there was an issue. Terri discussed it with a Vice President of the restaurant who was eating in the restaurant who also ordered the same Sambuca and agreed his drink smelled like rubbing alcohol. Terri the server also observed that the consistency of the liquid did not look right.

We talked with restaurant manager as we left who can across as indifferent to the issue. He never came to our table to discuss the issue nor look into it prior to us leaving which was a good twenty minutes after we reported the issue. As I was leaving I watched the bartender put the bottle of sambuca back on the shelf. I mentioned this to the manager who again came across as indifferent to the issue. I don’t know the managers name but he was in his early sixties black/grey hair and beard.

We have eaten here regularly but will never eat at this restaurant again. I question the ethics of this...
