There are literal rocks in the food.
Several months back, I ordered the Singapore Noodles dish and while I was eating, bit down on a literal rock in the food. Luckily, I did not break a tooth and I threw out the rest of the dish and did not order from Chinese Kitchen for about 6-8 months.
Last night we decided that enough time had passed and that the rock incident was likely just an accident and a rock had gotten stuck in a green onion as it grew or something.
Nope! More rocks in the food!
I ordered the Salt and Pepper Chicken (which doesn't appear to contain green onion, so there goes my hypothesis) and while eating leftovers this afternoon I once again bit down on a rock!
I'm flabbergasted that many months apart I received rocks in my food TWICE. Not only that, but they appear to be the exact same kinds of rock!
Just don't eat here - you're risking cracking your teeth for some honestly pretty poor...
Read moreChinese Kitchen delivered a fantastic dining experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The potstickers had the perfect crisp and flavor, the fried shrimp had the perfect crunch and the coating was flavorful, and the hot and sour soup was rich and had the right amount of spice. The combo fried rice tied it all together—perfectly cooked and seasoned just right.
The service was quick, friendly, and welcoming, which made the meal even more enjoyable. It’s always a bonus when you feel genuinely attended to while enjoying great food.
And of course, no visit would be complete without my favorite part—those sweet, crunchy fortune cookies at the end. A fun and tasty treat!
Chinese Kitchen has definitely earned a spot on my go-to list. Can’t wait to go back and enjoy some other items...

Not sure what happened with the chow mein, but all I could eat was the shrimp. It was horrible. Chow mein from a can at the grocery store would have been more appealing. The crab rangoon had very little crab in it, and they were mostly crispy exterior with very little filling. The shrimp fried rice was soso, tiny little shrimps, rice, almost no egg or other tasty ingredients. The egg rolls were not crispy or fresh - they appeared to be pre-packaged frozen product. This used to be our go to place. We will never go to this place again, and I can't recommend it. I would not trust the five...
