Los Burritos Tapatios Naperville — Restaurant in Naperville

It has a nice location, which is located in a strip mall. The parking has a nice space as well, and it is easy to find. It is not my first time in this restaurant, so I really expected that I would have a good lunch since I know that the food here is delicious and definitely authentic Mexican food. It is not too busy on that particular day, which is nice. So, I was ordering and I hadn’t decided what to order while the staff seemed impatient while waiting for my order. The staff are definitely far from being friendly, which is unusual for me because I used to experience very good customer service from this restaurant. Anyway, I just said my order, which is basically a burrito. They have a huge variety of options on their menu and everything is really good, like anything I would order is literally satisfying, especially when I am craving some Mexican food. My craving will be fulfilled if I just drop by here. My order was only their burrito, but it took some time. I really thought that the service would be really quick considering that the place is not busy. While waiting for my burrito, I just had some chips and salsa, which were actually good. Then the burrito finally came, and seeing it already made me feel full. It has a huge portion. It is fresh and hot. The flavor was definitely great, and it is definitely one of the best burritos I know, and I will definitely get tired of eating burritos...

Let’s start off with the fact that this place needs employees who know customer service. I came here on a Saturday night to get 8 tacos and 1 chicken burrito. After waiting 10-15 for my food I realized I was charged $71.53. I immediately knock on the window and tell the lady why I was charged so much. She told me I ordered 8 steak burritos. I told her no I didn’t I clearly said 8 steak tacos. She did not apologize, she said she repeated the order back to me (when clearly she didn’t) she kept arguing with me with what I said. She refunded my money back but does not how to clarify how the money was being handled back. Lastly she asked me again what my order was and I told her again. I get home and she gave all Tacoma’s, assuming I wanted all tacos after she made the mistake of giving me burritos. Thinking I didn’t want a chicken burrito. I called her as soon as I got home and told her I wanted to speak to a manager. She “ wrote” down my name and number but yet not one call have I received from a manager. She kept saying over the phone that there is recordings and what not.... ok and?? I know what I ordered. She should clearly go back to school and learn a thing or two or find a job that fits you. I will not be returning...

I’m kinda 50/50 on this place. Customer service is great!! And this place is clean!! First time my family went here was during the week for dinner (probably around 5ish) and it was super great!! We got the steak, chicken, and chariso tacos. Everything was fresh and really fast. Because everything was so great we put it in our list of local places to come back to (we are new to the area). Second time was Friday night around 5:30 and we got the our food fast but I’m not sure it was as fresh the first time. We got the same thing but my husband got the beef tongue. Chicken was fine, steak was good, the beef tongue wasn’t very good or seasoned and the chariso wasn’t so fresh and had lots of grease (first time it wasn’t like that) this was the only taco we both had. Fast forward to the next morning and my husband and I got sick… disappointing cause we REALLY like this place the first time.

We will try again but I think we will stick with going on a week day...
