Skip it. Features has an identity crisis. It’s not quite a restaurant, not quite a bar, not quite a night club. Overall, underwhelming. Pretty sure they still exist because people who don’t want to wait for Empire come here.
Food: below average. The chips are just Ruffles. The boneless wings are on par with Tyson’s anytizers you’d cook at home. The fries were pretty good, though.
Service: Gave us two menus for four people. One of the waitstaff didn’t have a mask on while serving food. It 10 minutes to get waters. Appetizers took over 30 minutes for fries and boneless wings. Didn’t bring small plates or enough silverware. Had to ask multiple times for water refills. Tables that came after us got food before we did. Waitress didn’t tell us drink specials until we unknowingly ordered a drink off the menu. We had a vegetarian with us who ordered the veggie wrap with Avacado. Didn’t come with avacado, so it was literally lettuce and carrots.
Atmosphere: For having a dedicated patio area that didn’t exist just because of COVID, it was kind of rundown and unattended. Chairs were cluttered, tables hadn’t been bussed, weeds were growing in the patio cracks. The bathroom floors were sticky. I learned why afterwards - no...
Read moreI recently visited this bar and while the service was good, I couldn't help but notice the lack of cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. The floors were dirty and the toilet looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a while. It's not the most pleasant thing to encounter when you're trying to enjoy a night out.
However, I will say that the service was great. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they seemed to genuinely care about their customers. The drinks were also well-made and reasonably priced.
Overall, while the lack of cleanliness was disappointing, the good service and drinks made up for it to some extent. I would recommend this place for a night out with friends, but just be aware that the bathroom might not be the most pleasant experience. I do hope that the management takes steps to improve the cleanliness of the establishment...
Read moreThey need a better system to check for fake ids bc i was interrogated by a douchy bouncer for 5 minutes continuously asking me about the information on my id (which i said correctly exactly 10 times over). Like how many times do i need to repeat it? And after it was over he only said “ok” and walked back in the bar. This is absolutely ridiculous becausemy friends and i always go to this bar with absolutely no issues. I also want to point out he put a red light to my id as well to make sure it wasnt fake. And clearly it wasnt. And they expect you to have multiple forms of id on you and i guess your card doesnt count these days. Needless to say I don’t think i’ll be going to this bar anymore. I’m absolutely disgusted with the disrespect i received for...
