UPDATE: I've been back here several times, and they have turned things around! It's a great experience and a good store. ------------------ Stale bread, and only two slices of cheese on a $4.29 sandwich. I really like Jimmy John’s, but this is a bad apple location.

Horrible service the night assistant manager thought it was funny it took an hour to get our order and this is what showed up.....I ordered avocado...ham ...cheese onions ... cucumber mustard and mayo....

Just ordered from there, my sandwich had 2pieces of meat.When I opened up the paper I thought the sandwich was empty. So disappointed.

We walked inside and the place smelled off. I should have turned around then, but we were hungry. My daughter ordered the vegetarian sandwich and I ordered the turkey ham. The bread on both was hard, the meats on mine sketchy, and the veggies on hers, in her words, gross. We ended up throwing our sandwiches away. This was my last visits to a Jimmy Johns. Its too bad, they used to be reliable, but their quality has steadily declined...

Ordered on the phone for pickup. The girl at the register wasn’t wearing a mask & there were two ladies making sandwiches, one with a mask & the other without a mask who was rubbing her nose. Did not feel comfortable taking my order home. I wanted to tell them to remake my sandwiches with gloves & a mask but I felt at this point germs where already all...
