This is really pathetic store. Really bad experience 3-4 times. This store management literally look into it because they are ruining the image of such a brand. I will definitely complain in Oberwise itself. There is one particular person name Doreen she is the one with we have bad experience.
I was at the store today August 9, 2023 around 8:12 PM and I was kept waiting for my billing of 1/2 gallon milk jar for almost 10-12 min since one customer was taking too long as they were trying bunch of ice cream and keep talking to each other. There was another counter there, Doreen was at the counter and watching us waiting still she did not ring our product. She kept on standing there but did not ring our product so we can move on. Even I reached out to her and ask if she can ring our product so we can move on but she barely look up and answer and ask us to excuse for sometime and keep doing whatever she was doing. This is really one of the pathetic store. I have been to many oberwise store but this store is one of the worst one.
There are many employees inside but all they do is gather around and keep talking. I don't know what's the point having two POS register even in rush time they don't use it. Really poor management. I literally want to give zero star. Management should check the camera of given date and time...
Read moreCame here for a sweet treat with my boyfriend on 8.3.25 after dinner (a bit before 8pm) and had an outstandingly horrible experience, which is so disappointing cause any other oberweis i have been to has been welcoming and enjoyable.
Walked in with no greeting, stood in line behind some customers buying milk, had Char walk off on them to go clean up in table, go back to the register to sort them out, and then walk off to the next register without saying anything and stared at nothing until we asked if we were ordering at that station or the one we stood at. Swear we waited at least 10 mins until we were achknowledged.
Asked for a scoop of the campfire s’mores ice cream and was met with a blank stare and a monotone “we don’t have that” even though it’s on the menu… Horrible attitude and experience. Saw the employees in the back dealing with drive thru and making orders, but even some leadership would have made it a better experience. Delete and start over.
I can get having a bad day or bad shift, but to carry that attitude with you and not being able to put it aside is unnecessary in the world of customer service. Begging for management...
Read moreWas on vacation with family and one of our favorite things to do is to go out for ice cream/frozen custard. Customer service was lacking with Cameron. I ordered a root beer shake for my husband as he prefers a shake over a float. Cameron said that they don’t make root beer shakes. As they do make other shake flavors, I asked if they could just stir up the float. Cameron said “No, it doesn’t work like that.” I said “Are you sure?” Cameron responded rather annoyed “Do you want me to get my manager to tell you no we don’t do that?” At that point, I just let it go. Olivia delivered our ice cream to our tables and was very friendly and customer service oriented! The rest of the week we took our $40+ order to Andy’s which was fantastic and no problem getting a root beer shake!! We did enjoy the great tasting treats; especially the lemon...
