Birthday parties we've had there were for 2 kids and ALL their classmates plus family. With that said, let’s start here. This place is clean; from the parking lot to the bathrooms, they keep this venue immaculate. That goes a long way towards hosting a party. The parties we've had were large enough to utilize their offered "full facility rental". If your party is large enough, I highly recommend giving that thought. This venue has something for kids of all ages. Playquest room for the younger ones to run, jump, play and dance (massive big screen). Laser tag and tons of video games and arcade games for the rest of the kids. Unlimited play is perfect for so many kids, just sit and play. Plenty of tables and seating. Now on to the staff; They were as helpful as any of my family. They all went above and beyond. They were kind and respectful to everyone. It is clear their mission is to make sure everyone is having fun (even the parents). icombat is a great addition to the party if you have the chance. Went here for a 2 year old birthday party on a Sunday. Cool concept. They had a room with a lot of big wheels and tricycles for the small kids to play on. That was a big hit for the little ones. The laser tag was not included in the party package so my review is for everything else.

3 reasons for 3 stars: 1.) Not enough supervision in the large small child play arena, ony one girl at the door and she only seemed concerned with making sure the kids didn't leave with the glow sticks that they gave out when you walked in. At one point a kid got lost and no one could find her for over 15 minutes. The parents are ultimately at fault, but proper supervision and attention and they would have know she was in there the large arena. There was also no supervision in the small kids play area for at least 15 minutes while I was in there with my son. Finally a girl walked through and asked us to take off our shoes and then no one for another 10 minutes. 2.) Poorly marked entrance on what looks like the front of the building from the street. You get to the door to find it locked. 3.) None of the bathrooms (men & women) had soap or paper towels in them for the 3 hours that we were there. This is unacceptable for a place full of kids that also...

We loved it here! We had me son's birthday here and let me tell you him and his friends had so much fun! There's so much to do here. Reserving his birthday online on the website was super easy and clear. They call you a couple of days before the party to explain everything and confirm if you still want everything or want to add anything and that everyone is still coming to make adjustments if necessary. I spoke to Sydney who was so wonderful and helpful. To be honest I had money constraints at the time and was trying to give my son a great birthday and they were able to work with me. They TRULY CARE about the kids and want them to have a great time too. It was so apparent that they are understanding and work with you and your budget. When we came in the day of his party everyone was so nice. The owner is around too and stops by and says hi. They check in to make sure everything is going well. The laser tag area is super cool, pretty big, and lots of hiding places. The kids loved the arcade which I felt was fair priced. Not expensive and it's easy to win prizes.
