I ONLY GIVE INE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO PUSH SOMETHING TO GET IT STARTED. I ORDERED A PIZZA AND WINGS. GOT THE ORDER AND MY PIZZA WAS WRONG. IT WAS MUSHROOMS ALL OVER THE PIZZA. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND SPOKE WITH A MANAGER (AS HE SAY) AND I TILD HIM ABOUT THIS. HE TELLS ME THAT HE WILL GIVE ME A 7.00 CREDIT. IM LIKE I SPENT 44.00 WITH YOU AND ALL YOU CAN OFFER IS A 7.00 CREDIT. SO I TOLD HIM HOW ABOUT HE JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. HE TELLS ME IF ANY OF THE PIZZA WAS EATEN HE CANT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. SO I SAID WELL MY SON TOOK ONE BITE OUT THE PIZZA COME GET IT AND REFUND ME MY MONEY. WELL GUESS WHAT NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP, AND THEY STILL TOOK THE MONEY OFF MY DEBIT CARD. SO I WAITED A DAY OR SO AND CALLED BACK AND ASKED FOR THE OWNER. WELL LETS JUST SAY IM ON MY SECOND TIME CALLING TO SEE WHY THIS "MANAGER" WONT RETURN MY CALL. AND EVERY TIME I CALL AND ASK FOR THE NAME OF THE OWNER THATS SUPPOSED TO BE CALLING ME BACK THEY TELL ME THAT THEY CANNOT GIVE HIS NAME OUT. LIKE WOW HOW PROFESSIONAL IS THAT. U OWN A BUISNESS AND TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO TELL THE CUSTOMER'S THAT THEY CANT EVEN GIVE YOUR NAME OUT. 👀 WELL THE LAST TIME I CALLED SOMEONE NAME ALEX TOOK MY NAME AND NUMBER AND SAID THE OWNER WILL BE IN ON FRIDAY. Read moreWe have been coming to this location for 8 years NEVER had a customer service experience as we did 1/6/25. My boys love pizza. And we make a choice to go to their place to get pizza spending well over $50 most orders almost EVERY week. I had my significant order to run and get pizza because I had to run errands and he and my son(5yo) said the dough wasn't done it was disgusting. I called to let them know. They said they would remake and to bring the other pizza back. Great. No problem. Ran my errands. Get a call that the pizza was ready. Said OK. (It did take me a bit longer than I expected) which is partially my fault… but get there an hour after they called (never told them a time because I already knew how running errands will be especially with children)..went there gave them the pizza and the guy who KNOWS US BY CAR let alone by face; states that the threw our pizza out. Why would you toss a perfectly good pizza and not call with a "urgency" to come pick up the pizza. We would never run a scheme especially when we are consistent customers. They told me they wouldn't refund my money or remake pizza. I insisted on speaking to the manager, stated the Manager wasn't on sight. Read moreI was having a meeting at my work so I gave these guys a chance. I ordered one large pizza with a 6 pack of pepsi on 9/2/2017 for our group and when it got here the pizza was completely ruined. The sauce was all in one side of the box and the cheese was on the other and everywhere else. It was inedible since it was just so messy and mostly dough. I called immediately and complained very politely and I was told next time I ordered it was on the house from them. I called about a week or so later and was told it wasnt on the house, that I had a 20 dollar credit and my order was 32 bucks, at which point I was a little irritated and I asked how that was since I paid more then that, at which point the guy said to call grubhub to figure it out with them. And grubhub told me it was already passed the due date to complain, but I didnt think to called grubhub since Taylor Street Pizza gave me their word to make it right. After calling Taylor Street back I was told there was nothing they could do and they wouldnt even honor the original 20 bucks because the owner/manager said not to. So I give them a 1 star. Awful practices in my opinion and being new in the area, I place roughly 3 orders for pizza a month due to my work and having meetings throughout the month in Aurora and they will not be getting any of my orders, and I'm informing all of my locations of this around illinois and we will not be ordering...
