Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Naples

When you first walk in the odor in this restaurant is not pleasant. It smells like the sewer is backing up into the restaurant. I wanted to leave immediately but my daughter insisted on getting a blizzard

A middle aged Spanish speaking women took or order. Right in front of her I asked my daughter what flavor she wanted. She responded chocolate and that’s what we ordered. When the blizzard came it was vanilla. Not a big (so we thought) deal we simply informed the same woman of the mistake

She immediately became rude a defensive and refused to remake me order. I asked for a refund and she wouldn’t do that either. She eventually went in the back and spoke to someone and remade the order but we would not eat it. I was afraid of what she may have done to it when it was not in my sight.

I called the next day and spoke to Jessica who called herself the manager. She was equally as rude and did nothing to help the situation

So I am doing exactly what I told the manager I would do Write an honest review if the terrible service Call the county health code inspectors to evaluate that raw sewer smell And give them a health code in the door Dispute this charge with my credit card...

Was there yesterday . I was the only one in line , at the time ….

I ordered 2 vanilla shakes … it took 17 minutes as the cashier and the 2 kitchen workers talked about their personal lives amongst themselves ..

Literally they stood and talked without making anything .

17 minutes later there was a long line and I finally got my 2 vanilla shakes ..

Seriously ? That Should be an easy order .. boom boom bust it out . When she did make the shakes , she had to keep adding mike , then ice cream , then milk .. was runny $23 for 2 shakes .. runny ..

Doesn’t DQ have an way recipe for any non talented minimum wage worker to be successful in making the most basic thing of all ?? 2 vanilla shakes ??

You would think with no drive through the owner / manager would be there running the business ..

The ice cream was excellent, as usual! I had a mini strawberry cheesecake blizzard. It had real, fresh cut strawberries & thick square cut pieces of New York style cheesecake. It was PERFECT. I also had the honey BBQ wings with fries & a thick slice of garlic toast & it was absolutely, literally, mouth watering, finger licking yummy. I only have a couple of concerns; there were only 2 girls working. One was pregnant & ready to pop, taking all of the orders & serving the food. The other girl was making the ice cream dishes in the back & it was the 12:15pm lunch rush. It was SOOOO packed but bless the girls, they were so sweet. They stayed calm, cool, & collected. They def. Need to hire more people because that location stays constantly packed with customers. Great place though, will always...
