I had the absolute worst service today Feb 17, 2016 @ 10:45ish at the location on East Hollis St Nashua...I went through the drive through like I do every day I go there! I ordered the same exact coffee that I order every single time I go there (medium iced mocha w/MILK and 4 equal). Today they handed me an iced coffee with no mocha what so ever. I handed it back and they gave me the same coffee back only they added mocha to it, fine! I noticed it was very light so I looked at the cup and they had it marked as cream! Now if you read above I asked for MILK. By the time I noticed this I was already driving away. I turned around and went back to the drive through because I had infant twins sleeping in my car and was not waking them to go inside. I got back to the window and they proceeded to tell me to go back through the drive through and reorder! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I drove to the front of the store and an associate brought my coffee and then proceeded to tell me that I should drive through and reorder next time. Now she hadn't even brought me a straw for the new coffee...I asked her for one because I had my twins sleeping and she said she was too busy to come back out with a straw! If the associates had gotten my coffee right the first time there would never had been a problem! I threw the coffee out to let them know that their service was horrible and drove to another location that I will go to from now on! Thank you for showing me just how horrible and rude people are these days! You should look into getting new associates at...

I've been going here for 5 months. Good service, on my way to work. I use my DD app. 3/22/17 I went to get a promotional ice coffee any size for 1.99 using the app. I, like normal if I'm low ask to charge my card $5.00 then use it so I can get the deal and my points. I sat at the drive thru window for a bit and had my phone app scanned twice along with my debit card being swiped. I wasn't given receipts and was told I can go. Completely unusual. After work I checked my bank and I was charged $7.93. Today I spoke with the manager and she acted like it was no big deal, there's nothing she can do, but if I really wanted she'd refund me $.77? Change difference. Not apologetic at all. Just that it was done right but a misunderstanding on what I wanted. No remorse whatsoever. I'm not okay with my debit card being mis-charged. I'm not okay that they weren't willing to make it right or go above and beyond. She did not care about the DD application. I lost the deal, I lost the points that would get me a free beverage. I was 30 away.

It is such a small thing but i don't think they handled me properly. Just know as good as it is, if they mess up, they really have no remorse about it. They are rude and basically thieves,lol! No but I paid $3.03 for a md ice and payed the extra 25 cents for cup and they ripped off the coupon thing there doing, so I say y is there no thing on here and they reply cuz the cup is only 25 cents lol and most places give it or it’s 10 cents but anyway the point was I paid more then what a LG hot or extra LG hot is and same amount for large ice coffee so I go get out of line cuz I’m not gonna hold up everyone cuz they clearly either are rude or thieves or idk cu when I called she said owner said throw them away I’m just in a state of shock I could maybe understand if it was like I asked for just the cup but know I had a coffee and paid the extra and one they didn’t throw it they kept very unprofessional!!!! But good news I called a number and they said not what that’s about and gave me a free coffee code so looks like it’s just this store mean and greedy!!! I probably wouldn’t have even cared if I wasn’t talked to like I was a loser and if I didn’t see them rip it off and put in pocket not trash #sad !!!!! Customer are always first you don’t talk down to people especially if that’s your job lol still love DD just not this one on east Hollis street right...
