Pizza is super basic- I knew that already. Went ahead and ordered with them anyways this past Sunday because they have a deal with the place I had my child’s birthday party this weekend if you use them and get delivery, you’ll receive 20% off your order. I told the guy on the phone multiple times that I’m having the pizza delivered to the party and mentioned where to receive the 20% discount. Guy acted like he understood. I asked if I could have it delivered at 4 pm. (I was calling around 2:30 pm) he said “ you absolutely can”. I also asked if he could please cut the slices into 16 pieces instead of 8 since it’s a kids party- he said “ you want all four pizzas cut like that?” I said yes please. He confirmed . I paid over the phone and hung up. I arrived at the party at 3:05 because it didn’t even start till 3:30 and the pizzas were already there… the poor Delivery driver standing there looking uncomfortable and the receipt said 4pm in red letters. I call the pizza place and let them know the pizza was here before we even got to set up for our party and it’s going to be very cold by the time we pass it out at 4:30… the guy on the phone told me “sorry we’re busy it was either gonna be late or early “ he didn’t give me a solution and didn’t offer to make us fresh ones. And hungup on me before I could process how he really didn’t do anything to make up for his mistake. My issues with this most importantly is that you don’t lie to the customer and say you can deliver at a certain time and then deliver immediately anyways. If you’re too Busy then you need to say that. And I will decide if I want to order somewhere else or not. You lied to get the money and then didn’t do anything of the the things asked of the order. The delivery driver took it back and said she would see what they could do. She came back around 4 with the pizzas and said they threw them on top of something to keep them warm. They were barely Warm for the record. I looked at the receipt and they also forgot to give me the 20% off they state they will give with rage cage nh party orders. ( yes I did tip the poor delivery girl 20% ) but my total was almost 90 dollars for four cheese pizzas with the tip from the most bland pizza place around and I only ordered here because of the 20% off that you get with a party at rage cage. To top it all off when I went to serve the pizza - THEY DIDNT EVEN CUT IT INTO THE SMALLER SLICES THAT I ASKED AND HE CONFIRMED THEY WOULD DO. Not one of the four pizzas we’re cut like I asked. I got completely scammed for shitty pizza. If you are too busy to Accommodate what the customer asks (esp stupidly simple requests like cutting the pizzas into smaller slices and picking a later delivery time ) then COMMUNICATE this to the customer instead of saying yes to everything and completely Bs’ing to get them to order from you and pay....

I’ve seen people come in and pick up orders or place orders so maybe they’re just busy. 40 mins.. meanwhile these 7 workers won’t look at me, haven’t said a word to me.. I would have been fine if they were like; “Look man, were backed up, or we messed up, or ANY SENSE OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT... 50 mins... they finally call an order that could be mine? So I go up, turns out it’s not mine, it’s a person who came in 10 mins ago and ordered new. So I let 4 four more minutes go.. after that, I left. Not even worth my $14.89. This place is disgraceful, pathetic and dirty. I judge the employment the exact same way because I hold all others to the same expectations I do myself. The combination of utter incompetence to be a service member as well as a team completing their cumulative purpose of filling orders. They simply dwell at the bottom. I’m honestly angry at myself for waiting that long - but I’ve never been in such a preposterous position. I think I’ve only ever written 5 google reviews in my life and only because I was so delighted by a local shop I felt the one thing I could do to support them further was help entice others to try them. But in this case, I simply BEG the public NOT to go. Do not put money in their paychecks because they’re simply not worthy of being compensated for the trade they claim to represent. If you're going to order from them make sure it's something you know you like because if you call to get a refund you'll be treated like garbage. If they had been normal, not even nice, but normal, i wouldnt be leaving this review. I called and ordered a couple calzones and some apps. Everything was great other than the chicken parm. I called to have them refund me because I wasn't going to eat it and let them know they're more than welcome to come pick it up and there was only 1 bite missing out of it so they knew I wasn't trying to pull a fast one with them. The lady I spoke with on the phone had HORRIBLE customer service. I called in extremely nice and was met with attitude. She kept saying she was going to give me a credit although I asked for a refund. She kept telling me that there'd be a hold on my card which I stated was fine and she kept repeating it and she's like "I'm trying to explain to you there'll be a hold on the card" with a super attitude which I told her I understood right away, so idek why she said that lol She seemed really irritated the entire call. It wasn't the things she said but how it was said and the lack of empathy for her customers. Im a csr and would NEVER talk to any of my customers the way i was talked to.
