I'd like to start by telling you how much I love Dunkin Donuts. I always receive incredible service, especially from my regular stop in Merrimack where everyone is friendly and genuinely happy to be there.
Today, however, was a completely different experience. They were clearly incredibly short staffed, which as someone who works in retail I can understand the difficulties involved in that. With two people on drive thru and one person on the inside orders it still should not have taken as long as it did. Not only did I wait in line for 15 minutes and leave with nothing, but I also got terrible customer service from the supervisor. She was rude and unaccommodating. Instead of immediately apologizing and offering to help she gave me several reasons why it wasn't her problem.
Guess what, I don't care what kind of trouble you're having that day, you help the customer first and work with them to make them happy. And, on top of all that she refused to give me her name as well as the other people working there... Stating they couldn't provide personal information. Because yes, obviously a name is too personal to share, especially when you're required to wear name tags... With your name on it. Finally after asking about a dozen times she finally came out and gave me her name.
So, Tabitha, at the Daniel Webster Highway location in Nashua, NH thank you for your downright disgusting behavior. All I can say is if you worked for me you wouldn't last very long. As someone who works in a customer service based business customer service is number one - always!
And to the young man working the front, good job trying to manage everyone's orders and do everything yourself - you had several difficult requests. I apologize if anything I did affected your job or mood at all. Keep doing a great job!
And...
Read moreI'm writing mainly because of my experience 2 days ago (Dec 7th), I definitely got food poisoning from the place. I was violently ill later in the afternoon and throughout the entire evening, vomiting like never in my life and was totally wiped out on the couch the whole next day. I ordered a cinnamon bagel with butter and a coffee with whole milk. This is all I had the whole day, so my guess is cross contamination or bad milk, I remember saying to myself this coffee isn't settling with me so well, and only drank half. I guess my fiancé and I are glutens for punishment, we keep going here, and we don't know why, the service is the worst in any I have been, always have to ask for napkins out in the sitting area, they seem to have plenty of people, but never is anyone on top of their game, no smiles, no nice greetings, actually look at you as if they wish you would go away, appear to hate waiting on customers, moving at a snails pace, it's the worst Dunkin's I have ever visited!!! I tried to call yesterday to speak with someone, why was I not surprised that no one answered the phone! This place needs a whole new Supervisor and Staff who want to serve customers, because guess what that's what your job is, you serve food and drinks. I'm curious as if anyone else got as sick as me on Sunday.... Get it together, or leave I know I won't be...
Read moreThis Dunkin’ Donuts is a hit or miss. This morning my girlfriend and I stopped in on the way to drop her off at work. We ordered 2 medium iced coffees and 2 sausage egg and cheese sandwiches, we pull up to the first window to pay, they handed us our 2 coffees then instructed me to pull up to the second window and wait for our sandwiches. I was patiently waiting for 9 minutes and after watching at least 4 Cars behind me drive off with both their beverage and meal in hand, I became slightly perturbed. I’m not sure what’s going on with this Dunkin’s, whether it’s poor management or perhaps you got too many chiefs and not enough Indians I’m not really sure however they need to get their act together and figure it out. Sounds like there’s mass confusion on the inside. It doesn’t make sense too as why I got to wait for two sandwiches while four other people in vehicles behind me get theirs along with their beverages but I gotta wait...
