Poor customer service. It was 6 of us and she only took drink order for half of us. Waitress then comes and asks if the other half is going to order drinks and we just look at her like seriously. So she then she brings put drinks and asks if we were ready to order and we did. There was 2 orders of chicharrones de pescado and they were bland and like they had been reheated several times. there was 2 orders of tacos, ome of tripas extra crunchy and what do we get, soggy tripas and not how we asked. The other order was of asada and they send trompo. We bring it to the cashiers attention and she asks cook and says they dont have trompo in that location. And on top of that she brought the tacos of flour tortillas and never once asked if he wanted flour or corn and waitress said its cause it comes with flour to what we told her you could have at least asked for customer to decide. So she takes 5 of the 6 people who were going to order and leaves. She then comes back and asks if i was going to order, like seriously? So i ordered tacos of sausage and she looks at me like what is that, so she asks the owner and says its not sausage its chorizo. Saying its the same thing to which it is not. So i ask for chicken tacos instead. She then comes back several times to ask if we wanted cilantro and onion on the tacos. What kind of waitress is that, not having no order pad to take an order. Came here cause it was being promoted on the radio but regret coming at all. Dont recommend it unless you all like bland food with no flavor. The only thing good from this experience was the drinks and music. This is nothing close to seafood much less tacos. Here i leave a picture of what chicharrones de pescado supposed to look like Not dark brown. If i could i would give...
Read moreOH MY GOD. We ate at this restaurant yesterday - August 8, 2016. The service was AWFUL. The food was ok, pretty good, but the waitress was AWFUL - SLOW, inattentive, but the worse part is she stole most of our food. We asked for a to go box, and I was suspicious when she took the plate back to the kitchen rather than bringing the box to the table like usually happens. Well we got home and today looked at the box wanting to eat the leftovers and fully ONE HALF of our food was missing. I only ate one quarter of it at the restaurant, so there was three quarters of it left over. When we opened the box there was only one quarter of my food there. Missing were several shrimp, the prawns, some scallops ALL of the onions, green peppers, etc (no vegetables left whatsoever on this fajita dish. I will NEVER EVER eat there again. Plenty of good Mexican restaurants with FAR better service that don't steal your food. Places where they greet you and make you feel welcome - unlike this place - where the waitress vanishes rarely to be seen again only to steal from you. Food wasn't...
Read more(Long review) The food was good but my experience was unfortunately poor.
I ordered the food over the phone, no problem. When I arrived into the restaurant, we made eye contact with multiple waitresses, the owner (seemingly) and the bartender/cashier. No one greeted me or my husband. They walked around us as if we didn’t exist and we stood awkwardly, trying to catch someone’s attention for 5 actual minutes.
Right next to the entrance was my already prepared order.
My husband suggested we grab the food in order to receive acknowledgment from a staff member. He picked it up, and voilà, in less than 30 seconds, the bartender headed towards us, wagging her finger as if to tell us we could not touch the items. I informed her I was the person who called over the phone, and for her part, she did seem embarrassed and apologized for the treatment.
The prices were reasonable, the food was good, but in a small, beautiful restaurant, they treated me like I was invisible, and then like a bad child. I did not feel treated fairly or welcomed at all. I...
