Do not order from here. I ordered tonight on January 25 at 4:53 PM put an order online for two pizzas waited it said they will come between 530 to 540. I know it’s Saturday and they’re busy so I know it’s Saturday and they’re busy so I waited and then when it kept saying That it wasn’t even preparing and then it moved to preparing. I called the store at 614 since the pizza wasn’t even here yet they said that they have my order but no one put it in or cooked it. They didn’t seem to care so I asked for a manager and I don’t complain ever and I try not to the guy hung up on me And then the app refreshed and say it was about to deliver and I still never got my pizza and they have been hanging up on me and direct me to customer service for two hours. Horrible experience. Do not eat here bad customer service. I don’t know who’s working tonight But I will keep calling until I hear from somebody. update I called this morning and asked for a manager. The manager didn’t even wanna hear my story or ask me what was wrong or apologize. I told her what’s happening and yes, I raise my voice and start cussing at her. I never do that. She got defensive and said I’m not gonna help you if you cuss at me she wouldn’t even listen. I told her they kept hanging up on me on purpose. She said they got a lot of calls. They don’t hang up on people when I could literally hear the receiver click She then told me she doesn’t care if I call corporate. She’s not giving my money back. I called her again and told her my last four digits of my car. She said my card declined. It didn’t decline because I have money on there and if my order declined, it would’ve told me on my phone. I get alerts when my orders decline or anyone tries to use my account she’s lying cause I have proof that says pending on my phone and it wouldn’t say thanks for your order. She’s lying. They’re holding my money. This is the worst location ever the manager, I think Teresa or whoever whatever she said her name was I’m calling corporate tomorrow and if they don’t help, I’m calling the news and reporting them...

Last week, we put in an order 4 hours before we needed it. We got it an hour later than our requested time AND they told us they were out of icing for the cinnastix. I asked them if they could give us a different dessert because you can't eat them without icing and they said "but....we are about to deliver it?" So I decided to compromise and ask them to refund it for me because we already paid for it and they said "we can't do that. We can give you another sauce." Garlic sauce? For cinnastix? You've got to be kidding me.
I got pissed especially because we paid for it 5 hours ago and it was supposed to be there an hour ago.
Then! We ordered two of the large family size meal of wings. They said it would be 30 mins but took an hour and a half. I called and they said they would remove $5 from our ticket and they didn't! Not only was our food cold and soggy, we paid $50 for a handful of fries and wings when it was two family size meals. What the hell?! This won't feed a family!

Read moreSo I decided to order just one pizza. Not much at all. My estimated time was the normal 30-40 minutes total. I ordered my pizza at 12:30. An hour passed by so I decided to call. They told me "oh I'm sorry the driver had a flat." I know stuff happens but they could've at least gave me a courtesy call letting me know. Pizza Hut tells me she should be back anytime now and your pizza is the next out. I called back maybe 10 minutes away to cancel the order that I already paid for since I knew the driver wouldn't make it in time before I had to leave to pick up my daughter from school. There's no way I could wait any longer if the driver wasn't even back at the store yet to even get my 1 pizza. The driver decides to call me maybe 15 minutes later to tell me she's only 5 minutes away after I already canceled my order. Im no longer at my home to even get the pizza if I still wanted it. I'm 6 months pregnant and I was really waiting and craving that pizza. Had I known it would've been almost an hr in a half I would've eaten a snack.
