I arrived at this location at 7:30 on a Saturday evening. The lights were on inside, and there were 2 people waiting at the counter for their orders. There was a large sign in the window that read "Dining Room Now Open", along with another lighted sign indicating that the location was, in fact, open. Upon trying to enter, I found that both doors were locked. I stood in front of the huge picture window, and even though I was clearly visible to everyone inside, everyone ignored me. Every one of the employees (even the ones in the food prep area) made eye contact with me at least twice. The person at the counter made eye contact multiple times, but would look away quickly each time. The cashier must have been talking about me to the customer, because the customer turned around and looked at me, then started laughing. No one ever communicated anything to me to let me know if they were open or closed. When the people waiting at the counter were let out of the door, the employee tried to quickly close the door without letting me inquire about whether they were open or closed. He was extremely rude, and said he didn't even see me. (which was of course a lie) As the "lady" customer that was leaving, walked by me, she mumbled, "I told him he shouldn't have opened the door for that white mother fu**er. Read moreThe tilapia was overcooked to being crispy without any moisture inside. We requested special to not have the fish overcooked. Liz was horrible to deal with and refused to care about her customers requests and has a bad attitude about taking the overcooked fish back and giving us another fish plate. Once the reorder was made, it took over 45 minutes to get the reorder brought out. 15 minutes after that reorder was made, the cooks still hadnt started cooking the fish. This customer service is typical of dealing with Liz as this has been a repeated experience at this store. It is deplorable to be treated with disdain and unwillingness to talk to those who went to the counter to check on the order. Obviously, she needs retrained in how to properly treat customers and their concerns, or she needs to find another place of employment, because she is driving away several loyal customer by her nasty demeanor and lack of customer service. Read moreToday, Saturday 8-4-18 at 2p, I ordered at the drive thru. I actually cant believe the food they served us. Surely if we had dined in, they would have been too embarrassed to present that to us. We both ordered the "creamy" lobster scampi, and tried to order with extra sauce, but was told this is not an option....even if you pay extra. So, we arrive home, open our meals, and attempted to mix the pasta and cream sauce together....not happening. The pasta was GLUED together and could be picked up in one glob that could not be separated. More than a third of the pasta was as hard as a rock. So there's that. For my side, I pay extra for a baked potato, and my fiancee pays extra for the fried okra. Well, the potato was quite near raw and not edible...not to mention had a very visible rotten spot.
