TERRIBLE management. I gave a 1-star review just so Google would allow me to post this. I placed an order with Doordash and every single item prepared was incorrect. I called the Dunkin' store location at 847 Harding Place twice and spoke with manager, Vanessa, who put my order together. The phone calls placed were to explain the following issues with my order:
One item was never sent with the dasher. I ordered a half dozen assorted donuts and was still charged for these never received items. The items that were sent with my dasher were not correct. I ordered a raisin bagel and was provided with plain. I ordered a breakfast sandwich w/out egg and was given egg. I ordered a frozen coffee drink and was given with no straw...LOL.
Her response was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. She told me that I was more than welcome to come pick up my missing item, that she had it here for me....(then why was it not put with the rest of my order?). I told her that I ordered through D.D for a reason since I could not pick up myself. Furthermore, she suggested I contact my driver since that's who the order was placed with, even though SHE was the one who put my order together. Additionally, she placed blame on the D.D driver even though SHE was the one who forgot to place my missing items with the rest of my incorrect order for pick-up.    Read moreThe worst experience I have ever had at Dunkin. The lady was extremely rude. I had asked for two wake up wraps and an ice water, and she tells me itâs $10.50âI then ask her if I can just get the $6 meal deal, and substitute the coffee for water. She tells me no. How does that make any sense? Mind you, I have a medical condition that causes low blood pressure, and I needed the salt and water. But no, I donât have $10 to splurge on the smallest little wraps youâve ever seen and a WATER. I am never charged for water at any other Dunkin, and the wake up wraps are never that expensive. I also remember having another horrible experience here when I was on my way to my 12 hour hospital shift that caused me to leave without anything, the same way I did today. You guys seriously need to hire new people; I will never be coming back here.
And at that, I will never be going to another Dunkin. Let me tell you why. After this fiasco today, I went to another Dunkin, and it was $4 for a plain bagel with cream cheese. At that, the worst bagel I have ever had. It was so hard, I have cuts on the top of my mouth now. Are you kidding me? I can go to the local bagel place, Boro Bagel and get the best bagel I have ever had for $5.

We were staying close by for a large conference and tried to order 10 dozen donuts each day for the conference when we walked in the store the day before the conference started so that we could give them a heads on the medium to large orders for the week the one lady said we couldn't order 10 dozen with a rude and snarky attitude... the other lady that was working at the time was polite and made note. We were able to pick up the 10 dozen donuts each morning because of the helpful lady.
Yesterday morning I wasn't on donut duty but since it's so close to where we are staying I decided to go through the drive thru for my morning coffee... I asked on the intercom what vegetarian options they had for breakfast amd the lady said "we don't have vegetarian options" so I replied "everything on your menu has meat in it" and the lady replied "yes" I quickly glanced at the menu for an item that didn't look like it had meat in it and said "even the bagel bites" she replied "we are out of those" so then I asked if the donuts had meat in them... the lady working the drive thru should really focus on a different line of business I don't think her basic customer service skills are salvageable evwn with...
