Worst customer service ever. I completed my punch card after purchasing 10 drinks on Wednesday. I mistakenly thought the 10th drink could be free, so I told the worker that I want to redeem it. After realizing my mistake, I paid for the drink, but instead of giving me my fully punched card, she handed me a fresh one by mistake. I didn’t notice at the time, but when I went back on Sunday to explain the situation, things took a turn for the worse.

The Sunday worker failed to understand what happened and repeated wanted to offer me a new card as if that would solve anything. He then had the nerve to repeatedly tell me—no less than five times—that I must have already gotten the free drink. He kept insisting this, completely ignoring everything I said, and his arrogance was unbelievable. He acted as if I were stupid or lying, which really pissed me off. His dismissive attitude and lack of basic respect were infuriating. It wasn’t until I practically had to beg that he finally gave me the free drink I had earned. The whole experience was degrading.

Honestly, if my friend hadn’t been there, I would’ve walked out immediately. I used to be such a loyal customer—I started coming in when they first opened, and I even chatted with the owner, who was much more pleasant. It’s shocking to see how far the place has fallen. I’m done with this shop, and despite the tea being good, I’ll never go back, nor will I recommend it to anyone. The customer service is absolutely...

I have gone to this place about 4 different times but my fourth time is definitely the last. I came here with some classmates after an exam wanting to try a new drink. The ones I have tried in the past were good so I decided to pick a new one. I wasn’t a fan of the honey one but didn’t say anything because it was not a big deal. Was still planning on coming back to get the strawberry matcha which I liked the best for the next visit. I am not sure if this woman was the owner or just a worker but she offered to fix it which I denied because a classmate of mine liked it so I was going to give it to him. Keep in mind I never said “hey i don’t like this drink” I am assuming the person just saw me give it to my friend. When asked if I liked it i just said it wasn’t my thing. I guess this made the woman mad. She continued to insist to fix it getting more and more aggressive. It felt like 20mins had passed of her pressing on about it making me as well as my classmates very uncomfortable. I felt trapped in a corner. Due to this experience I will not be back and unfortunately my classmates said they won’t either. This place is really cute but please if someone says no they are okay don’t corner them for almost 20mins it’s...

I tried red bean paste for the first time in years and was not disappointed! Taro goes well with it and a little ice.

Next time I'll try the Vietnamese Coffee!

The best part was the Korean students being so excited about the matcha waffles which they thoroughly enjoyed. Brings me back to the Korean church that introduced me to boba in 2010! Boba 4 lyfe!

Food/Drink quality for price: great! Atmosphere: bubbly! Pun definitely intended. The bookshelves make you feel like you're in a modern flat that has an analog record player and a few cats. Noise level: not bad, but not a good place to break up with someone (My benchmark for how well conversations are hidden. I overheard a brutal and awkward one once and felt bad for them) Lighting: Staff: friendly and not rushed but work fast! They look like they are chill and lovin life with boba on the side Cleanliness: very clean Indoor Seating: super cozy tables to chat with your best friends at Outdoor Seating: none :( Outlets: lots of outlets at the comfy benches WiFi: it's there but not sure if the password is public Typical music heard: indie pop? A good mix! Car parking: not hard to find parking Bike parking: blue bike racks! Pedestrian accessibility:...

We loved our drinks at Eat Bubbles and were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices in what looked like an upscale area. Ube Taro Twist was flavorful and didn't taste fake (if you know, you know) or overly sweet. The egg pudding was a unique add-on that tasted like a vanilla-y custard with a subtle grainy texture. My husband enjoyed the tiger milk with the assam tea (rather than just milk). Staff were helpful in explaining options and suggesting customizations! They mentioned the milk used is organic and lactose-free—yay, thank you! Eat Bubbles is inside the L&L building. There is parking outside the building. BEWARE the parking fees! Do NOT scan the QR code at the spot or you will get charged an outrageous amount ($19 for 2 hrs., the minimum?). Instructions are confusing but I believe you are supposed to go inside without doing anything with parking, and scan the QR code at the restaurant to "validate." Note this is not under Eat Bubbles' control in any way.

Truly a premium boba tea 🧋 spot that offers ‘tout naturel’ ingredients, organic dairy, dairy free options and most in-house ingredients made from scratch. The Thai tea we ordered didn’t have the artificial orange color or the usual burst of flavors that you usually associate with Thai tea. They said the essence was made from natural ingredients so it will taste different from what we are used to and I appreciated the heads up. It tasted drastically different from the usual Thai tea. I must add even though we requested 50% sugar it tasted amazing. Their boba was tender and had even better after-taste. We paid around ~$8 which is on a higher side for a boba tea but if you don’t mind paying an extra bucks for cleaner ingredients and like their taste - this place is just for you. L&L market has plenty of parking spots and it’s very cute inside if you haven’t been there. Eat bubbles also has a very chic decor, totally Instagram-worthy!
