I have been searching and searching for years to find a place that will give me a consistently good haircut. I have gone to a lot of places in Nashville and never was satisfied. I was picky because I wanted to find a very inclusive space where I felt safe, respected, and welcomed LGBTQIA+ individuals. Jackson Tiller ended up coming up on my TikTok fyp back in April. I immediately loved his vibe on his videos and his haircut videos were amazing. I reached out and that is the best decision I’ve ever made! I’ve now gone to him twice and every time I go, the haircut gets better and better. Jackson is so kind and friendly. He really listens to me in what I’m wanting my hair to look like while also giving his professional experience. My last haircut I showed him a picture of what I was wanting and he was perfectly able to tailor the haircut to match and fit my head shape perfectly. Along with that, he is so friendly and conversation flows amazing. It is definitely not an awkward sitting situation. I now am booked to go to him every 4 weeks in order to maintain the cut and I couldn’t be more satisfied and happy to find someone that not only can cut my hair perfectly, but I also feel like I’ve made a friend in the industry. 10/10 would recommend Jackson for men’s haircut. The most fuss free & artistic salon! As a former Nashville Native & lover of all things beautiful- I have tried so many trending salons throughout the years. Most were great but Beauty School has something so different and special.

Lauren gave me a simple, but killer fresh cut that had me walking away feeling like I was on cloud 9. She styled my hair with gorgeous waves for that effortless it girl vibe. Lauren was a great listener and fun to chat with! She was able to make professional recommendations to suit my current hair situation while also catering to my wishes.

The whole process from booking a cut last minute (hello? Unheard of at top salons!) To smiling faces when I arrived 10 minutes late, a hospitable beverage service in the most fun eclectic decor. Paired with Lauren’s talent for hair cherry on top makes for an all around memorable experience that I highly recommend.

Love!!! I booked with Meg at 10am and ended up sleeping in a bit. I called and told them what happened and luckily they were able to reschedule me to 10:30 which was so generous and I am so grateful. Meg was amazing I really feel like she understood exactly what I wanted while also giving suggestions and some options. I felt so comfortable with her and am going back to color my hair with her! When I told her I like the length now she made sure to ask what i am expecting when i walk out of it was just a refresh or more of a full cut. I said in the middle, I want to feel refreshed but also not boring like I have. She understood exactly what I meant and I lived the question. Everyone there is so nice and the environment is just so fun and amazing! Will definitely be returning. Hopefully...
