Somehow this absolute gem of a brewery flew under the radar for a year before I stumbled upon its majestic existence. Fait la Force takes inspiration from the motto of the nation of Belgium, and in doing so makes mostly Belgian inspired brews. My own pretensions aside, the offerings at this venue are impressive. Parker was the bartender with the misfortune to deal with me (ha) upon my first visit. He was very informative and extremely helpful. If one is looking for a diversion from the norm of IPAs in American craft beer, Fait la Force is a welcome departure. They do, however, have at least two IPAs that I noted. Food offerings consist both of a quality pizzeria next door and their own in house small plates. I highly recommend the steak and cheese pie and Belgian frites. All of the Belgian offerings I tried were noteworthy. Pricing is standard for a brewery. The vibe of the place is laid back and spacious, with plenty of room for groups. 12 rotating taps are available. Keep an eye on the decor. There are quite a few Easter eggs to spot for those looking for a good laugh....

I love all thine staff and workers, as everyone who works at Fait La Force is friendly, and knowledgeable, and a regulation hottie, worthy of praise. I love thee with the passion put to use In my Mornings of Gold, and my Heathen Philosopher’s faith. I love thee with the Pints, Smiles, sips, of all my life; and when I next celebrate my birthday, Same as I did this year past, I shall but love thee better from a comically...

Shockingly, I recovered the wallet. There are still some good people in the world.
I loved this place. Killer porter, excellent Belgian Trippel and great beertenders.
There’s an Italian place you can get food from and it’s a super cool place to hang.
Here’s the breakdown:
Fun story to tell about the place and a place where the beertender hooked the BIL up with a stashed away crowler of Belgian trippel +5 stars.
For sure a place...
