Yeehaw Party Bus — Attraction in Nashville-Davidson

I am giving this company one star, and that is solely for the bartender’s service. If I could leave zero stars, I would. We booked their party bus for a bachelorette event, and only 50 minutes into our two-hour ride, we were brought back to the warehouse and told the bus could not continue due to safety concerns—it was overheating. We later found out the bus had already experienced issues earlier in the day, but instead of informing us beforehand, they gambled that it was ‘fixed,’ which forced our time to be cut short and drastically impacted our evening plans. But honestly that wasn't the worst part. To make matters worse, when we politely reached out to discuss the issue and request a partial refund, the owner or customer service representative was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. They downplayed the situation, claiming it wasn’t unsafe and insisted we got exactly what we paid for. This was far from true, as we were only on the bus for 50 minutes of our scheduled two-hour tour. The representative even tried to shift the blame onto us, saying we had seen them pouring water on the engine and still chose to continue, without ever informing us of the ongoing problem. Unforgettable Bachelorette Party Bus Experience!

I had the absolute best time on the bachelorette party bus! From start to finish, the energy was amazing, and the entire experience was nothing short of unforgettable. The bus itself had a giant speaker for music, and plenty of space for dancing, making it feel like a private VIP club on wheels.

What really made the night special was the incredible staff. They were so much fun, keeping the vibe going with great music, fun interactions, and top-notch service. They made sure everyone was having a blast, and their enthusiasm was contagious!

Only giving 1 star so that I can write a review otherwise would be ZERO STARS. An hr into the bus, we stop back at the warehouse for a “bathroom break” come to find out the engine overheated and the driver is hosing it down with a gardening hose! The bartender proceeds to tell us that we cannot go back out bc the engine overheated and it would be very unsafe to continue. She ALSO says that this happened during the day when they took the bus out but proceeded to bring us out anyways without mentioning that before we started?? Unreal.
