I got an order at 4:30 am for a Miquel on the door dash app. I pull around and when I tell the woman that I’m here to pick up an order for Miquel she tells me it’s already been picked up. The order on DoorDash is still active. So I try to get the order,giving them the order number the woman inside insisted that I didn’t know what I was talking about and argued with me refusing to give me the order because she didn’t want to remake it. I pull off in the parking lot,to call DoorDash.. DoorDash confirms the order is still active and tells me it’s ready for pickup. I go to pick it up again. I am met with nothing but attitude and refusal to remake the order on an active delivery.? I’m baffled at the stubbornness and the flat out refusal to serve someone? What excuse is there to not do the only thing your there to do? With gas at almost 5 dollars a gallon I don’t have time to drive to a restaurant while I’m working to be disrespected like this. Read moreWent here the other night in the semi (they got decent amount of semi / rv parking that loops around car parking ) placed a order on the ap walked up to get it and the doors were locked knocked on the door woman came to the door said there cooker was down and they were closed asked for a refund she said they can't do it needed to contact hardees corporation so we call the number tells us the mail box is full and they no longer do refunds on the phone and we have to go online so we go online so online we see all sales are final and no refunds but we fill in a contact request form and someone contacted us and the amount was to large for them to do that the manger of the store would would have to issue a refund and the forwarded the email needless to say that was 2 days ago still yet to get a refund or here from hardees so we ended up ordering pizza hut to del to hardees truck parking that night yet still out the almost 38 bucks for the hardees order if they steal from there customers like this think me and the wife are done...
Read moreThis used to be my favorite place to go for breakfast every single morning I knew every employee on a friendly first name basis managers was extremely nice employees were knowledgeable nice friendly and fast I went there today to order my breakfast first time in a long time because the service has been going downhill the lines were longer and longer one time I waited 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru for a sausage gravy biscuit however today I was there waiting in line 15 minutes for sausage gravy biscuit and when the lady handed me a bag that was not my bag and I gave it back to her the manager comes over and says let me ring your order because your order wasn't right if you made a mistake on your end you I had to sit there while they refunded me and wait for my refund and then re-ring my order if you made a mistake why should the customer have to go through all of that service there is terrible the lines are terrible I love their food their food is phenomenal even the food quality is...
