So we went here my first time going & I can proudly say worst experience ever . We went around 8-9pm arrived waited a few minutes to be seated because no one was at the host stand we are seated and the server only speaks to my date … very rude . We order 2 grilled skirt steak churrasco & I got alcohol drink . My drink was prepared over employees playing over my drink very unsanitary. The server stood over it & waited to deliver the drink 2 to 3 mins after it was made for whatever reason. It was not good . $15 for a drink that barely had alcohol in it & not tasty at all. On to the food they brought my dates food out first left mine had to tell them I had one to . They come back with mine mins later , my steak looked way different than his 1st red flag , BOTH dinners were cold ! My fries were old and stale had to get a new fresh order . I packed my food to go instantly because I’ve never been to a restaurant where the server served us a whole entire meal cold that’s insane I wouldn’t suggest going here server was not welcoming nor the people around maybe because we were black I don’t know I just didn’t see anyone else getting this horrible service we had !!! Overall 0/10 I wouldn’t even rate it a 1 star . & I’m a server / bartender myself I would never give out that kind of service to my guests!!!! & the bill was around $70 for...
Read moreWe recently stumbled upon this eatery when looking for something new somewhere near the Nashville Airport (BNA). Even though we are locals, we meet up with friends often (a couple times a week) for dinner and those friends come from all over the Nashville metro area from south near Franklin, to North near Kentucky. Finding a middle area for convenience is always important, and we love trying new places. We were pleasantly surprised and pleased with this little hidden gem. It is located within a hotel (Sonesta Nashville Airport), which can be a little intimidating for us locals, but don't sleep on this place. The Brisket Quesadilla app and Cheese Curds were delicious. The Fried Pork Chops, Bam Bam Shrimp Tacos, and the Roasted Salmon were all delicious as well, followed up with the Lemon Cream Cake. We will definitely be going back again.
The reason I ranked 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the Margarita. We are margarita people, and was excited to see that the Maestro Margarita had one of our favorite liquours in it (Ancho Reyes) which makes some of the perfect spicy margs and bloody mary's. However, there was little to no tequila and mostly sour mix. We didn't even really taste the spice from the Ancho Reyes, so...even as a full bar establishment, I feel like their bar tenders do NOT know how to make the simplest...
Read moreAre you ready for a depressing restaurant experience? Not feeling fatigued and down enough from a long flight? Well this is the place for you.
But really, I don’t know what’s going on with the working conditions in this tap house, but the staff seemed like they were all about to quit mid shift. Not a smile, not a personable comment. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by dining there.
Ordered some Nashville fried chicken, wife ordered a taco salad and kids had a Turkey burger. Burger and salad did not have guac as stated on menu. Salad was a big bowl of lettuce with almost no topping and a mega load of ranch dressing.
My chicken sandwich was greasy and flavorless. I also ordered a flight of beers that sat on the pickup table for ten minutes before I had to go up and ask the bartender if they were for my table and if they could send them my way.
Beers were good. All locals and all delicious. Recommend local Nashville breweries, but not this restaurant.
I know it’s an airport hotel restaurant, but maybe take care of your staff so they take care of...
