SIP Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

We just left your store in Nashville on White Bridge Pike and had the worst experience with your employee. We have never been to a SIP bubble tea before and we ordered 2 milk TEAS with boba and were given to cups with milk only and boba, NO TEA?? We were told we had to order the tea before hand but were never explained that to begin with. We have ordered these same two drinks at several other jobs tea establishments and have never had to ask to add the tea. The employee continued to argue with us about what we ordered. We asked her if she could please remake them with tea and she stated, she could not do that, her boss doesn't like her to remake them! She did agree to remake the brown sugar with tea and when we asked about the coconut milk tea she gave us attitude and said the coconut tea was made with coconut milk? She then walked to the back of the store and waited for us to leave. This was the worst experience and certainly not putting the customer first. We will not be back to your store and will make sure we write reviews of how we were treated and this awful experience so others don't have to experience...

Tried this place for the first time today. My husband and I are from Houston, TX, so we are used to have hundreds of boba tea shops around. We just moved to Nashville about a month ago and have been slowly trying the few options there are here. We have been disappointed in all the other places EXCEPT this one. Everything is made freshly here and you can tell they take their time to make their boba perfect. We ended up speaking with the owners for a long time and learned that they get all their products from the highest quality places in Taiwan and have gone through several classes in Taiwan to perfect making their boba. After they mix the drinks, they have you try a sample to make sure you’re satisfied before they pour it in your cup, and they pour all the drink first before adding any ice to ensure that you get the most bang for your buck! I highly recommend this place! My husband got the regular milk tea with tapioca and I got an earl they milk tea with tapioca, but we will definitely be back to try the other...

So I’ve had a lot of Boba tea in my life, And I recently introduced my partner to Boba tea, so we’ve been trying to find places in Nashville to get it. We’ve been to both of the Win Bubble Tea‘s here, and out of the two, I like this one a little bit less. I feel like this one had less topping options, but it is what it is.

Overall it was really great, and it was nice because I showed my partner why boba is so great. I typically get taro or Matcha or lychee fruit tea, and I think in this case I got lychee. It was great, maybe a little sweet. She got the honeydew fruit tea and popping bubbles and it was good too.

What’s cool about this chain that I haven’t seen before is that they offer to let you taste test the tea or the drink that you’re getting, and that’s pretty nice especially when you’re new to the whole Boba experience and don’t really know...
