We just yelped and went to this place as this was the only one open until 10pm in our place. The place doesn’t look like well decorated but they tried to keep it simple. Ambiance was simple and not fancy, May be they are in process of redecorating or new management may be. But coming to the main topic - the fooood. The food was damn delicious and we haven’t expected to have such huge quantities of food. They gave us delicious food even at the late hour and the whole gang totally enjoyed it. The soup we ordered might need some thick cocunut milk base but other than that we enjoyed our dishes. We ordered appetizer combo and enjoyed them. Chicken satay was good, chicken dumplings were amazing and the spring rolls were spot on. Coming to the entrees we ordered some pretty different dishes and ratings would go as below: Drunken noodles - 4.5/5 Pad Thai - 5/5 Red curry - 3.5/5 Green curry - 4.5/5 Fried rice - 4/5 Lemon grass fried rice - 5/5 Sticky mango rice - 4/5 Overall we had some good food. Don’t fear to go with spicy level at 4 or 5.

To put things into perspective, I have pretty much eaten at Lemongrass at least once a week for the past 4 years. Lemongrass in Whitebridge has the best green curry/red curry I have eaten ever, and I have tried many. It's so good up to the point that I have been able to convert others into Lemongrass red/green curry fanatics. I would continue to eat here for the rest of my life. The other dishes are 7.5/10. Most of the staff are friendly and welcoming (shout-out to Mike). The bathrooms are modern and well-kept but its a little tight getting to them. Insider secret: the Lemongrass in Whitebridge is the place to go to for the curry while the Lemongrass in Bellevue is the place to go for sushi.

Would go back for the red curry and the staff. I have pretty high expectations with Thai food, so I’m glad to say I was impressed with the red curry itself. The veggies were underwhelming as there were what seemed to be frozen peas and carrots as opposed to something more like lotus root and mini eggplant. The steamed dumplings were too salty for me and the papaya salad with shrimp doesn’t look fresh so I didn’t try it yet. That said, 4 stars for a curry I’d go back for if I’m in the area and the staff was extremely nice. A server took 6 spring rolls home for himself, so I’d probably try those next time.

We saw the 4.3 star reviews of this place and were in the area tonight so we decided to try take out. HOLY (expletive of your choice) I was FLOORED with how awful the service was. We walked in and immediately saw the host on his phone. He helped us promptly, but when he brought out the food, it seemed like not enough boxes for what we'd ordered. I mentioned is this all, and the waiter said yes. My fiance and I both discussed how strange it was, but we had children to get back to so we immediately left and drove home. About 10 minutes after we left and 5 minutes before we arrived home the inattentive host called. He said that indeed they'd missed a meal. I explained to him that they would need to deliver it because we were not able to turn around. He said they do not deliver, but we could order from a delivery service. I explained that since we'd paid for the meal, they would need to fix it. He then offered a refund. Our total bill was $24.96, with the missing entree being $12 and the other two items being starters at a few dollars each. I figured for sure they would refund the entire check. After asking him if they would refund the entire amount for their problems, he then started screaming at me over the phone. I asked why he was screaming and why we could not work something out. He said repetitively that he did not know what to do for me and then eventually told me to forget about it and hung up me. The lettuce wraps and spring rolls we did receive were also disgusting. Both my fiance and I are physically I'll from the lettuce wraps. I'll be disputing the charge on my card, as well as never returning to this establishment. Read the reviews- there are a LOT of instances of this place being terrible to their customers. Stay away, there are better business...

I have been to this place a couple of times with my family. My family loves good Thai food and so do I so we come here often in a group. Today I came here with my cousins who have a 11 month old daughter. It was 4 of us and my baby cousin. The waitress who served us didn't treat us right. She barely came to our table to ask if we needed anything and when I asked for some extra mushrooms, she kept it right in front of the toddler. When we received the bill, they had charged us 18% gratuity which came as a surprise because it was only 4 of us and not 5. They included my 11 month old cousin in it. When we tried talking about this, our waitress yelled at us and left. Despite the chaos that was created, they charged us 18% regardless. This place is not kids friendly. Having good food doesn't mean you don't respect your customers. Very bad experience. Never stepping in this...
