Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I intentionally used the app to put in my order so that I know it was put in correctly because I’ve had issues in the past with this particular sonic not putting in my order right whenever I order there. When the carhop brought me my food, I asked her for some ketchup because I know that if you don’t ask for it, they usually don’t put it in the bag. she was very short and snippy with me and before I could get the word catch up out she told me that she had already put some in the bag. Well, now I am back at work and guess what? Of course there is none in the bag. And now I can’t go back and get any. This is just one of many instances of issues I’ve had going to this location. When I tried to call and talk to someone about what happened today of course no one answers the phone. It just rings and rings and then two minutes of ringing it sounds like a fax machine picks up. i’ve had it with this location and I probably won’t be returning. I don’t normally leave reviews unless they’re good but in this instance, I feel the need to warn others so no one else has to deal with this kind of nonsense. To sum it all up, if you expect to get what you ask for or order, steer clear of this place. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location. And if you can’t avoid it, just make sure to double check and don’t take their word for anything. Even when you use the app to put in your order. There’s been several times that I have used the app to put in an order and been given something completely different. Like not even accidentally getting someone else’s order, just flat out them giving me the wrong food or substituting items without asking or informing me at all....

Worst Sonic I have ever been to. Had a coupon and told the person taking my order that I had the coupon - he totally ignored what I said and charged me full amount. I pushed buzzer and requested the discount. They sent someone out to look at my coupon and refused to honor it. Argued that there could be no substitutions (the coupon stated that you could subsititute the cheeseburger island fire instead of chicken). They insisted both (it was a buy one get one free) had to be the same item. That is not what the coupon said. After I left I called to speak with the manager which was a total waste of time. Then the manager tried to say they don't accept that coupon only ones their store issues. What a bunch of BS!!! They should have stated that upfront. The manager even called me back on my personal phone to give me her BS story about not accepting all coupons. I went to a different location and there was absolutely no problem. Will never visit this location again. They need to fire the manager of...

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! We decided to stop by for slushies around 3 pm this afternoon and placed an order that included 2 medium slushies , one strawberry lime slush , one strawberry NERD slush. After waiting over 12 minutes for 2 slushies we finally recieved our drinks . Thankfully we realized the strawberry slush had not one NERD inside, yet we were charged$ for nerds . I pushed red button to let employee know the order was incorrect . The employee on shift asked if I wanted nerds on the side or a new drink" I responded with "whatever is easier " after waiting 15 MORE minutes and no nerds , new drink, nor a caphopper in sight I pushed red button for the 3rd TIME .The same employee answered and I let him know I was Still waiting on nerds , drink was over halfway finished at this point .. 5 minutes later an employee walks out with 25 individual nerds in small cup to "add " to drink ... PATHETIC.. .. not one APOLOGY for wasting my TIME ... RIDICULOUS...
