Taqueria Mexico Tennessee — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

So there was a few things that didnt set right withme about this place. Not only had i been looking for mexican restaurants on google unsuccessfully trying to find a place with margaritas, so settled for this place.. althought its definitely a true authentic mexican restaurant which gave me hope .however most of the menu is in spanish.But luckily has an english translation right below, but there are no prices on the menu so buyer beware. the server couldnt really understand exactly what we wanted, liked i had ordered a taco with meat and cheese only and it came with beans on it. And my fiance had asked for a burrito with no onions, no avocado, and no sour cream and his came with avocado on his. I had them remake my tacos cuz im picky but he delt with it. And i will say this tho, the meat was so damn good. Been a while since i had that many spices in something that wasnt too spicy for me. It was very flavourful, unfortunately the tortilla was very bland. And maybe im just too american becuz my fiance informed me tortillas arent supposed to be flavorful but i doubt they are supposed to take away flavor from the meat cuz tht is...

Everything was amazing, the only issue was there just simply weren't enough servers on. Every table I could see had their food baskets and empty beer bottles on the edge of the table waiting for service. The server was good, she was just too busy to take care of us. They really should have had more than two servers on late night. Place was packed! We sat for a very long time waiting for service.

Edit: I originally put 4 stars, but after waiting as long as we did even after I posted this, I couldn't believe how long it took for our server to return. We wanted to buy more and spend a lot more money, but the server didn't have time to get to us. So we were just ready to pay and leave, but waited at least 30 minutes. It was probably a lot less anger, 30 mins was the minimum we waited to pay. Despite amazing food, atmosphere, and a friendly server, the wait time me destroyed our experience. I do not recommend unless you have several...

An excellent find real Mexican food in Nashville is amazing. Natalie was great. She was very patient and helpful with me. She even ran after me because I left my cell phone on the table by accident. She is awesome. My favorite taco meat was AlPastor. I tried three tacos one out pastor one Carnitas and one was beef Then I got this giant thing that looked kind of like a quesadilla but it had beans and lettuce and some other stuff. It was really really excellent and I’ve never had anything like it in my life and I’ve grown up eating Mexican food. I decided to try this place because it had over 300 reviews the most reviews and it didn’t have the word taco in the name . With the popularity of tacos there’s so many places with taco in the name and they’re not real Mexican food. This place in my opinion is real great...
