I can’t say enough about Trust Jewelers and Repair—they truly live up to their name. Sheren and George are some of the most compassionate and genuine people I have ever met outside of my own family.

During a difficult time in my life, my husband and I had to sell jewelry just to keep our home and car. I was in pain, uncertain of what to do next, and sat in my car praying before walking in. What happened inside was nothing short of an answered prayer—Sheren and George treated me with dignity and kindness, ensuring I had just enough to stay safe and stable. Their generosity and sincerity go beyond business; they genuinely care about people.

Aside from their incredible service, their jewelry selection is stunning—there’s hardly a piece that doesn’t catch your eye! They also do top-tier repairs, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my jewelry, no matter where I live.

I recently visited this jewelry store for the first time, after having read some 5-star reviews. I brought with me four vintage watches in need of repair. After being immediately greeted by each of the family members when I walked in, I presented the watches to the owner, who jotted down notes based on my very novice description of the problems the watches were having. He told me he would call within a week and provide free estimates of the repairs. He called me 5 days later with very reasonable repair costs. Within 10 days after that, he called to let me know 3 watches had been repaired and I could pick them up, which I did today. I am so impressed and refreshed by the kind and genuine nature of the family who operates this store. These are great people who bring joy and pleasure to those of us seeking restoration for our precious and sentimental time pieces and jewelry items. They do it quickly and with craftsmanship, yet cost-effectively. We simply don't see such "Old-School" methods in a era where corners get cut in favor of making a quick buck. Again, great and honest people who do things the right way. I highly recommend you pay them a visit and see for yourself. I dropped off another 4 watches for repair today! Please also say "Hi" to the beautiful white-furred dog which hangs out on the counter top and greets...

Sadly, in this day and age, there aren't many who will go out of their way to help, nor have the expertise in their field..... I am so, so glad I came across Trust Jewelry & Repair!! Not only do they have some stunning pieces, but their repair department exceeded my expectations. Thoroughly professional service with a smile, in fact everyone there was very friendly and I got my watch adjusted in no time flat, while I waited!!!! Excellent service...... That was for my first watch…. Today, I was surprised to receive yet another watch for my birthday, and couldn’t think of a better place than to go back to Trust Jewelry & Repair!!! It was done by a different gentleman, the same superb service and expertise…..and even faster service! I was also happy to hear that they can repair a multitude of items….just great folks over there, thank you so, so much for...
