Till Five Pizza — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Hey I recently ordered a pizza from them last night. My first time ever trying them, by the way! I was using DoorDash to order and I had already paid and tipped for the delivery. I then receive 2 missed calls from them so naturally I answer to see what’s up. They proceed to tell me, “The drive is 13 minutes away we will not delivery this order unless you give us your credit card information so that we can charge you for the delivery.” Keep in mind I already paid and tipped on DoorDash and they were already paid for this delivery by DoorDash and my tip. Yet they were requesting more money, so naturally I said no way. So they told me, “We won’t be delivering anything until you give us money, if you don’t like it cancel on the app.” So I spoke to DoorDash support and I learned if I didn’t cancel they will be held responsible for failure to deliver, so I decided to not refund the order right away so they would be held responsible. About 1 HOUR and 30 MINUTES later I received the order. I called them to ask them what changed their mind to delivery my food after threatening to not delivery with additional payment. They cursed me out and hung up. If this ever happens to you do not cancel, it is encouraging their bad business practices, by keeping the order active even when they say they won’t deliver keeps them Liable for delivery per agreement with their delivery apps. If they fail to deliver they will be removed, don’t let the threat of non-delivery trick you into providing more money! They decided to deliver the food themselves and they must do it. They are paid already! Don’t triple pay them! The food was incredibly cold, almost solid. I will not be ordering from here again! Also for record DoorDash said it was unacceptable and told me to not pay as well as they already been paid, BUT they probably won’t remove them from the app so they are just a liable for the bad business practices! I ordered from this place a couple times before, but one night placed a delivery order from the appetizers and the lady on the phone told me the price was $9 and some cents (that’s the price on the menu) I’m thinking ok let me get $10 ready. The guy comes with my order and said the price is $17. I told him that the lady on the phone said it was $9 and some cents. He just kept showing me the receipt saying it’s $17. He called his boss and she explained that it was the delivery fee. I responded “Ok. I just didn’t know because that’s not the price you told me. Whatever price you tell me on the phone is the amount of money that I’m going to have ready.” The delivery guy was huffing and puffing having an attitude and the lady on the phone didn’t acknowledge what I said to her even though she was in the wrong. She just kept saying “can you please pay him the delivery fee.” I paid him the delivery fee. Maybe a couple weeks to a month later I tried to order from them. The guy on the phone said “you’re paying with card, right?” I said “cash”. He responded, “it says on here don’t accept cash from this person” And I said, “ok that’s fine I’ll just order from somewhere else” Overall, all pizza places tell you your TOTAL price with all fees and taxes because that’s what you’re supposed to do. This place is horrible my first experience I ordered online drove 24 mins to the location when I got there customers out front banging loud music getting high go inside homeless lady in the lobby sleeping I get to the counter to get my order the employees looking at me like something’s wrong with me I asked if my order was ready the young guy at the counter asked me was it Uber eats I said no I placed an online order he proceeded to ring the order # I thank god I screen shotted the order they all starring at me like I’m crazy poor lady the only one in the kitchen while 4 men are up front watching her I asked for a refund of my $20 because my order was never recieved the younger guy stated no were not doing that I said what your not gonna give me my money back he said no meanwhile the homeless lady asked to use the restroom the younger guy denied her access to the restroom she got upset started yelling I’ve spent money with you guys and I can’t use the restroom she stromed out flipped the guys off and the older guy flipped her back off with two middle fingers how unprofessional meanwhile I’m waiting on my order 5 wings the wings tasted watered down like they deluted the sauce fries I tried needs grease changed and were salty but I felt comfortable enough to try them out of the grease smh and talking bout the salad nothing look good but my salad terrible I’ll never...
