I was very excited to try a new Mexican place in the nations, but was sadly given the exact same food that was at Taqueria del Sol. The main reason I went is because I did not like the food at Taqueria Del Sol. I even brought this up to a manager asking if they just changed ownership or rebranded and he said no. They’re using Taqueria del Sol‘s menu for a while and then eventually incorporating their own things. Unfortunately, I think they made the wrong choice of using Taqueria’s food and did not give me a refund even after I told him I felt deceived and did not like the food. Was very disappointed and was excited to try something new just to get a place I originally already knew I did not like. If you love Taqueria del sol, this is the place for you. My mom and I would come here all the time when she lived in town, and she and I are both very happy Tres Hermanos is keeping the vibe alive!
The employees are knowledgeable and super sweet, the owner is present and friendly - genuinely cannot recommend checking them out enough! Amongst a sea of taco places in Nashville, Tres Hermanos is standing out.
