Very bad experience! Manager was very nasty with poor customer service. I told them that I didn't want the sub I order because the person who was fixing my sub didn't have gloves on. The cashier told me that they could remake my sub, so I agreed to wait for them to remake my sub.The owner got mad and started fussing with another staff because he didnt want to but another worker was willing to remake my sub. He tried to give me that same sub and I ask him if they had remade the sub he said no that the staff that made the sub was clean. I told him that I didn't know him and that I had to put my mouth on that sub he had his hands all over. I told him how would he feel if someone gave him food that they had their hands all over. The manager didn't respond. Another staff grab the bag and said he would remake my sub. I told him thank you that he had very good customer services skills. The own got mad and stated he would make sure his workers have on gloves and tried to hand me the same food again. I told him no again that I wasn't going to eat and that he had poor customer services skill. He tried to fuss with me and stated to me, u can get your money back. I got my money bad and told him I would never eat their again and I would let everybody know how he treated me...I had to give a star so I could post this status but they dont...

Dined inside for my first pandemic date night with my hubby post Covid vaccination. He remembered they served great food from his work travels and this location was empty of customers. Their loss was our gain.

Best pasta of the year! Perfectly al dente fettuccine tossed in creamy well seasoned alfredo. The garlic knots were freshly baked and decadent. They were served with a marinara that tasted wonderful and homemade. My husband's philly was literally steamy yet the lettuce and tomato were crisp and cold. Juicy, cheesy and toasted to his approval and enjoyment. Took the salad home to eat later this evening (too stuffed).

I have never been here before but this will surely not be my last trip. In an area full of the same old same old - food wise, this italian cuisine hidden jem is definitely a place to stop on your next time in Nashville or when driving by the town. Had a really good experience at this location. I know down here in the south a lot of people like the chains and refer to them as real pizza. I'm from Buffalo and once you go up the block to the neighborhood pizza shop and tasted what they make from a family recipe, you haven't tasted real pizza. Everything in this pizza is great. They had good sauce, the crust was light and airy and the seasoning was well worth the visit. I sat there and watched them make it, put the topping I wanted and put it in the oven and it came out just the way I liked. I don't know if they offered indoor seating but it didn’t look like they were concerned as I walked around the dining room. I originally came in to see if I could get a slice but they didn't offer those. The personal was just small enough. Don't settle for hood enough. Treat yourself to what...
