Haley was rude & needs to work on her attitude. First off, I checked in at the speaker for TWO orders for ‘Lauren and Alexus’, no one asked if I needed to add anything like the other locations at home usually do. Second, this is always the slowest ChicFila. I get to the window they ask me about the order for ‘Alexus’…I confirmed that it was me and that I also had a SECOND order for ‘Lauren’ and needed to add a cup of ice to that order. They give me the order for Alexus and I continue to sit there. They’re all looking at me like I am STUPID and someone finally asks “Do I need anything else”. By this time this is my 3rd time saying that I have a second order for “Lauren”. Haley says we don’t have an order for Lauren. I said check again. Then they miraculously find my order and tell me that I should’ve let them know at the speaker that I had 2 orders and to pull forward. I responded,“I’ve said it twice.” They all just looked at me stupid again, no apology or anything whatsoever. I proceeded to wait an EXTRA amount of time to get my food when I said from the start I had 2 whole orders. I wouldn’t be upset if Haley and the other young man had better attitudes. I understand everyone makes mistakes but teach your employees to handle mistakes better, preferably with an apology & not nasty attitudes.

The first time I was in town, they gave me ranch instead of avocado lime ranch dressing for my salad.
The same thing happened again. And they forgot my cutlery.
Another night I pulled through and the person giving me my food forgot all my sauces (guys, the sauce is one of the most important parts!)
Happened again with the same person. Now when I come through and see the same employee I always have to double check, and always have to ask for my sauces.
Today I went through and ordered an egg white grill meal with a fruit cup and got hash browns instead. It clearly says fruit cup on my order. The service is always very kind and sweet but it’s always so slow, and I know they’re bound to mess up my order. I’m not the only person this has happened to, this has happened to a couple of my friends as well stating that they feel like they wait in line way longer than a typical CFA. I just wish they would take the time to double check the order is correct before serving it out because, isn’t excellent service and going the extra mile what CFA...

Needed a minute because they offered such a wide variety and being that I’m on a diet I needed extra time to overlook the menu. Ordered and by the time I came out of the restroom food was ready.
