Photo center is terrible! First experience i ordered a small canvas same day which was not ready until the next day and had to make 2 trips the second day because it was not ready the second time I went so on the third attempt I had to wait 30 plus minutes for it to get ready...fast forward to 10/10 I ordered another small canvas for my mother's birthday which is on 10/13 I go to pick up an hour later after receiving confirmation my order was ready and my order wasn't and I was told by the manager it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow 10/11 due to him having a broken arm...okay understood well I decided to go back after work to.pick up at 7p on 10/12 I had to wait 10 minutes just for someone to tell me it wasn't ready once I told her my name. I ordered same.day pick up for 10/10 and 2 days later on 10/12 it was still not done...the girl told me I would have to wait 30 minutes for it to be ready I simply asked for a refund due to the unprofessionalism and laziness of the employees. If I could give 0 stars I would definitely find another photo center to order...

If I could give no stars I would. Some staff members are rude and if you call they pick up and put you back on hold. Not professional. Additionally, they have alerts you can sign up for they never work and occasionally when they do work they work to well. So if you have multiple medication instead of them doing a single alert like it used to. It’ll do multiple alerts when it does finally do it but the alerts are never right. The convenience of the drive-through used to be the reason to go at least that I didn’t have to deal with anyone directly to some extent, but their drive-through had been closed for almost a month or so at this point and it’s just now opening back up, our Walgreens sucks, and most of their stuff does to at least in the pharmacy I find the ladies upfront...

Do not schedule a booster shot here; there are other options where they treat you much better! Complete disorganization and callus to your time and needs. I made an appointment and arrived 15 minutes ahead of time as directed by the website where I made the apptn. I stood in the "Vaccine check-in here" line, only to be told to go stand in the prescription line. Then 15 minutes after my apptn time, I approached the pharmacists and asked if I can get a booster shot and was told with contempt , that he was busy and would get to me when he was done (been there 30 minutes at that point).
