Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Natchitoches

So yesterday I called this location to place my order for takeout (after 2 unanswered calls). The man who picks up takes my order, and I would like to note that I am very clear about what all I wanted, as I was ordering an item for me and a coworker. At the end, he doesn't even remember to ask for any personal info such as name or number, and when I try to call back after I place the order to give him my info, no one picks up. My friend goes and picks up the order, only for it to ALL be wrong. I ordered a 3 meat pizza ($8) and a $5 lunch combo with veggie toppings with a Mountain Dew. Again, I don't usually order from here but wanted to try it out so I asked questions and was very clear. This man instead gives me a large box of pizza with my veggie toppings worth $15!! If I had known I would have to pay that much compared to my planned $5, I would have gone to Pizza Hut where I could get a large 2-topping, a 2-liter, and a side, all for $15. My friend never gets her 3 meat pizza and instead gets the small rectangular combo pizza with pepperoni. And I don't get my drink. All in all, this man ruined our day and I hope he gets...

1* for the lack of menu knowledge. In 2011 they introduced "crazy crust" where they'd drizzle their butter sauce over the crust and sprinkle parmesan cheese over it. I requested this and was told no because the manager hadn't ever heard of it and didn't know how to ring it up. I explained that there's no button and there's never been an extra charge for it in my experience but she was completely unwilling to provide the pizza how i wanted it. I literally eat at Caesar's all over the country and the staff have always just been nice about it and took my word for it and made it. To prove the point, I even showed her the facebook posting from 2011 introducing and explaining the customization. I asked her, you can't just put it on there and go about your job? "No, I don't know how to put it in" is what i'm told. Plus they didn't even have any parm packets to offer. 0* if I could....

Ordered 2 deep dish pizzas---- was told they had them READY on phone---- when I drove up later to drive thru---- we don't have and hamburger--- we out of that? Okay what other topping are available? Decided on bacon--- paid and was asked to pull around--- 7 minutes be ready and they'll bring out!!! 16 minutes later I go into ask--- nobody said Cani help you--- just kinda STARED---o asked the girl if my 2 deep dishes were ready? She hollered she been waiting g on deep dishes then a blonde headed young mandates "yea well we gotta make another--- and pointed to a deformed burnt mess !
