Worst experience I’ve ever had at this establishment . I came there around 3:45 pm . Rude customer service , rude employees, unorganized. As soon as I arrived in the drive thru I wasn’t greeted but immediately asked to hold . I placed a mobile order on the Popeyes app and let them know I clicked the drive thru option instead of In store . The drive thru cashier was a black man with long dreadlocks no customer service skills whatsoever . He cut me off everytime I was trying to speak and told me come inside for my order trying to say it’s “ new policy “ which I know it’s not because if that’s the case why is “ drive thru” an option to pick up on the app before paying ? . Not to mention the multiple cars they kept pulling up to wait on their food . I go inside and once again I am cut off from speaking because this man don’t know how to talk professionally to customers . The woman at the front counter didn’t even greet or ask what the issue was the only words that was said was “ what was your order?” Nobody could find my ticket nobody knew what food I had . I had to pull up my own receipt from the Popeyes app. I was then told to wait even longer for my order . Isn’t the whole point of placing a mobile order to speed up the process and make it easier on the workers ? This is the worst Popeyes establishment I have ever went to and I will not...
