Eat here often, but was denied service tonight. Myself, along with several others, were waiting in the drive through and the line was particularly slow. When I finally got to order, I was told to please wait, so I said OK. After about 10 more minutes, I was told I would have to come in because "we're really busy and I can't take your order and do everything else I need do." I asked why the people in front of me got their order, and got no response. I said "hello" and she just said "I'm asking you nicely to come in and take your order inside." I told her no and asked why she could not take my order. She say something I couldn't understand and I say "excuse me ma'am" and she said "I was talking to a co-worker."
This location does not have any other way to get out of the drive through, so I explained to her that I had people in front and behind me and was stuck. She just kept saying I was going to have to come inside to order. I asked for a manager. She was the manager. When I was able to pull around, I came inside and asked for the manager. A different person comes to the front. I asked if she was the manager and she said she was, so I said "Who was taking orders at the drive through - she said she was the manager." I explained the issues while another customer that had been denied service came up to the counter. She said she would go talk to her, but suddenly the "manager" that was taking orders walked up to the front. She was very confrontational with us, no "sorry" just "we're short handed." There were literally 5 or 6 people just standing around. When I asked why she said she was the manager, she said she was "a manager." She said she couldn't do all the things they had to do and take our orders. She obviously had time to come up and argue with us. NO ONE offered an apology, just "the store manager would be in tomorrow and we could talk to her." So we have two shift managers (or someone's lying) and no one wants to be responsible.
When I left there were still about 8 cars waiting to be served in the drive through. No sign saying drive through is closed - just a bunch of folks hoping for a cheap dinner. One of the top 10 worst customer service experiences...
Read moreI want to report seven people in the Natchitoches Louisiana location, who include your two black underage managers, heckling me and running me out of their location just now. I pulled in to return a taco that had no filling in it. You charge me $4 for it and I wasn't about to pay for something with no filling. I asked them to credit my card for one taco and they didn't even know how to do that, and then I did not see a negative amount on the receipt that I had to beg to get back. Then the 2 'so-called managers' Jada P was her name at store number 002619 on 127 South drive in Natchitoches Louisiana started laughing and heckling me about why I was returning the taco; then her and another manager started laughing, then started popping off stuff to my face and then five more people showed up at the window and they all started laughing, all black people. I told them I was going to call their main office which I can't even get you to answer, so it tells me a lot about what Taco Bell is, you're nothing but a scam apparently; when you can't address seven people heckling a person that's in there to give you business and then you don't make the taco worth the $4. you even want for it, and then heckle a paying customer to get them out of there, you don't appreciate anybody's business and I'm going to tell you something, I'm going to go to all extreme to make sure everybody across this whole nation knows about it. You do not treat your customers that are paying to keep you in business out here you don't treat me that way, you're lucky I didn't call the cops on your seven people House of losers you understand me? I will go to very big extreme to get this story out you better know that.......
Read moreI believe that one's lived experience in a restaurant is determined by the person that is serving you and making you comfortable while you're eating or delivering your meal. It's just something about natchitoches. It's the kids running it these days. They have no manners or respect. They look like they hate their job and they hate being nice to people. That ruins it for me. If I were a manager of a fast food restaurant, and I had my pickings, I wouldn't pick the people they have in this particular restaurant. In my last order, the girl with the window was horrible. Terrible attitude, hated talking to this white man, obviously. The food looked like they had been thrown together and trust me, there was no line or lots of people waiting on anything. In fact, I believe I was the only person at the Taco Bell getting an order. Seems like this white man interrupted her time on her phone and she wasn't paying attention to anythi like she hated my guts. Not sure I want to go back to the natchitoches Taco Bell. I like Taco Bell a lot. I don't like being treated so...
