Subway — Restaurant in Natchitoches

my friend ordered pizza and they burned it to the paper got on her phone threw it away in front of her was still on the phone said they had to make another one. didn’t make another one so the girl on her phone laughing and playing music had to actually work on her shift. poor thing i feel bad for her. but she made the pizza 20 minutes later the other girl trying to make a sandwhich and was talking on her phone and placed it down by the food. awful terrible never going back next time i’m driving to shreveport if i could give 0 starts i would. have a nice day...

This by far is the worst location by far that I have ever been too. At 11:30am there is a sign posted on the closed door stating that they will be back because they are throwing away trash. Than I come back when it did finally open again only to be told that there is no bread at all during the lunch hour. The lady working was not very nice at all. Than she sat down and started texting on her phone. This whole experience with them was a bad bad joke. I would never try to waste my time and go...

Horrible customer service. The new workers are very rude. Lettuce was brown i asked for fresh Lettuce and the had Horrible attitude and did not want to give me fresh Lettuce. Lied and said they didn't have any and after complaining they open the cooler and showed me it was was brown and it wasn't. So I asked can I have the fresh Lettuce because it wasn't brown they said no....! I will never eat at this...
