I had a remake from a previous time coming here. I spoke with the manager Jerrel on Tuesday, who stated he wrote my name and number down for a full remake of 2 whopper meals. I came back on a Sunday at 4:15 and was told he didn’t write it in the book but my food would be remade. I was given a cold burger with hard buns on both. The manager acted as if it was our fault. The Keyser location needs to be shut down until they can find good professional workers! It’s ridiculous that EVERYTIME I or my coworkers go to this location we either never get our food and have to request our money back due to the wait time in line in both the drive thru and lobby or we get food that’s not prepared as ordered! My wife and I visited this establishment yesterday for a quick lunch. We entered and had lunch there. The service was exemplary and very friendly!

I've avoided Burger King because their French fries SUCK! But, giving then a chance, I ordered onion rings as a substitution for the horrible fries that all Burger Kings serve.

The whopper was awesome, the onion rings were freshly cooked and served crispy and hot!
