Whataburger — Restaurant in Natchitoches

Just stopped en route to pick up 3 hamburgers. There was only one person waiting for their order when we walked in. There was no one else waiting in line. So we placed an order for one burger easy mayo only, a second burger only mayo and ketchup, a third burger plain and one diet coke all to go. Then we took turns waiting on our order and going to use the restroom, which were clean. While waiting five more parties came in and placed orders to go. Well four of them received their orders while we were yet waiting. My husband then got the attention of the manager to ask what happened to our order His response was they were busy with the Drive Thru. I stated - well not so busy that ppl who came in behind us were getting their orders before us. Then the manager found our order and had it filled. We got back on the road What a mistake,! My ketchup and mayo only burger was a TOTAL MESS! THE KETCHUP AND MAYO WAS LEAKING ALL OVER AND OUT OF THE 6 SHEETS OF COVER WRAP!! It leaked all over my sweater and pants-- UGH, YUCK A TOTAL MESS!! Like what did they do- dump the entire ketchup and mayo bottle on my burger 😡😡😡??? !! Who taught them to dress their burgers in such a sloppy, overkill, mess?? So they get only two stars for food and two because of poor service. The other two burgers were good and as ordered. **But that worker who was taping all the orders to a bag needs to be instructed to be more diligent in not placing the newer orders on top and cover the older orders which is what I witnessed her doing!! WATCH THE TIME STAMP PEOPLE! That's what managers used to push back in my high school fast food days!! Watch that time stamp! ⏲️ Don't think I will go back any time soon. Will try burger King or McDs or Wendy's which are all within view...

I normally don’t do reviews like these, especially when they’re negative, but this Whataburger needs some serious help. Waited for 25 minutes in the drive through while people ahead of and behind me were getting their orders, even people with brand new orders. Once they finally came checked on me after I’d gotten to the front of the line and been there for a while, they didn’t know my order- turns out the guy took my order wrong (and he didn’t read back the order nor give me a receipt) so they had to scramble trying to figure out what receipt I had. Then once they figured that out, they brought me my food and asked if I wanted the burger (that I did not order, but was put in wrong) and I said I wanted a refund. 15 minutes later I finally got my refund. So I sat there for nearly 45 minutes before getting half of what I ordered and a refund for the other. Guess the good thing is that the food was still okay- hash browns were almost cold but the chicken biscuit was good.

All in all, the place has potential to be as good as other Whataburger locations, but it needs some serious work on...

Just had the absolute worst Whataburger that I have ever had. I love whataburgers but just had my first and last one from here in Natchitoches, LA. It was close to 5 o''clock when I got there and there was nobody waiting in line to place a order and nobody inside being waited on. I suppose that should have told me something. The only thing good about he Combo that I had was the Coca Cola that come with it. The burger was cold and all the lettuce on it was so wilted it was unbelievable, the tomatoes were sliced so think that you could hardly tell it was tomatoes and there was one dill pickle slice on it. It had plenty of mustard on the top half of the bun and nothing on the bottom half. The meat patty was cold and was not juicy at all. The french fries were not even warm, let alone being hot, did not even eat one of them. Will definitely not be spending any more money at Whataburger in Natchitoches, LA. It won't last long here unless they make some...
