Bill's Pizzeria Natick — Restaurant in Natick

If you live in Natick you most likely already know this is the spot. I've tried other pizza places in the surrounding area but not even close. Bills has slices cheaper and better with a variety everyday. And you don't get that reserved quiet guy that makes you feel afraid to order. Bill and his staff are real friendly. There's even a free rewards system that's easy to sign up for. As for the one star reviews I find it ignorant to have a single bad experience and act like it's the worst place you've ever been. How would you like it if someone crapped all over something you worked hard on because you made a mistake that day. Nothing here tastes anything close to frozen food. Some people just have a one star attitude. But try this place for yourself and see...

Called and tried to order two burgers. Was on hold for over five minutes which is not a problem I understand the food industry. The gentleman on the phone couldn’t get the order right and kept having to repeat it back which again I understand. What I don’t understand is him telling us that our food came with something and then when we called back and asked why I didn’t come with it we were told that it didn’t come with it and that he never should’ve told us that. There’s just no customer service if something goes wrong. Food was meh too. Don’t bother. There are plenty other places a Natick that will give you good food and good...

Diet coke and a salad was $17 lol what a rip off. We also got a pizza that was extra which was also crazy overpriced and I think I'd prefer red baron frozen. Honestly I believe this is the worst tasting food in natick. So at the owners request from his response I decided to stop in for a bottle or water (smart water) 20oz and they charged me $4.75 for it thats $2 more than the convenience store next door... They didn't even give me the common courtesy of a small bottle of Vaseline to take the sting out "Ouch" Bill stop playing...
