Cheesy Street Grill — Restaurant in Natick

Avoid at all costs. I have a hard time believing the high ratings on here are authentic.

Food is severely overpriced for the low quality of ingredients and preparation.

The taco grilled cheese was a soggy greasy mess. If you are going to cook lettuce it has to be a variety with a little more structural integrity that the shredded slimy water they use.

The short rib was barely edible mess of fat and gristle. Like 80% grease. Didn't help that the cheese was cooked to the point of separation.

Service was disinterested, barely acknowledging that there was people waiting. I can't tell if they are over worked or just underpaid, but they definitely don't a give a toss.

Atmosphere is non existent. It's a food court at a highway rest stop.

Reply: They were ordered separately. Perhaps you should spend some time managing the rest stop food stands instead of searching through past orders.

There is no way I am selling out fast food workers. That's the real reason you want the time of the order, so you can take it out on your staff.

My name is Geoffreie and I stopped in the Westborough plaza last night on my way back to NYC. I walked over and was immediately greeted by a very nice young man Tim. He was very polite and helped me choose the MOST AMAZING sandwich I've ever had. He discussed the different cheeses, toppings and bread selection you had, and helped me create a masterpiece. I left the plaza after having a Goat cheese with pickles and fig jam sandwich, full and ready for a nap. Like I said before, the most amazing sandwich and amazing staff. It's not everyday you get good customer service in general, let alone a rest stop. He was fast and efficient and he did something subtle but powerful. When ringing me up after starting my sandwich, he took off his gloves and rang me up and changed gloves for my sandwich!! All in all, I had an amazing experience and I will definitely be returning for another sandwich.

We stopped in because we were starving and looked at the menu. The young man working behind the counter told us everything was made to order so anything could be substituted if we wanted something different in a listed sandwich or we could build our own. We got a chipotle chicken and asked for well done bacon (,it was!) and a French onion with different cheese. The sandwiches were (are; still eating!) delicious! And the service was fantastic. The young man who made the food was helpful, efficient and super nice. As we sat down to eat we noticed he was cleaning up and closing the grates - it was 7 pm (5/14/2023)- but he hadn't given any indication nor tried to rush us.
